I've had insomnia ALL my life, no kidding. I can remember when I was a little bitty kid, getting up and sitting in the hallway and listening to the murmer of my folks talking in the other room. :o) So THANK YOU for this video.

I sleep well, but waking up to pee is annoying. I’m 58, so I guess this is unavoidable. 😢
I sympathize but it is not unavoidable. I am 72 and need to get up to pee maybe 3 nights a month at most. Maybe I'm just lucky.😊
@@binglamb2176 Unfortunately I have an overactive bladder. I just started on medication for it, so we we’ll see if I can sleep longer!

In the winter, For several years, we have turned our heat down to 66. In the summer we turn our air conditioning down to 67 or 68, depending on the humidity level.
This is genius. I used to compensate for a warm bedroom by slipping a leg into contact with an unheated waterbed bladder, and then pull my leg away when I woke up feeling too cool. Having this effect automated sounds like an optimal way to control the temperature variable of good sleep quality. Priceless.
My problem is I get up to urinate 3-4 times per night

I’ve been living a low sugar high protein diet for a few years now and at 51 yrs I did lose over 60 lbs and gained a bit muscle I do weight training a few times a week but I have noticed last 6 months my body weight not changing at all . Plus even tho I’m low sugar I do consume low sugar desserts after dinner in which I need to get out of the habit but it’s difficult. I will watch your videos you recommend
I have developed insomnia over the last year. I take melatonin and herbs to sleep and after a night or two I become immune to whatever sleep aid I have been using. I am at my wits end. Help
I'm pregnant and i HAVE to eat too prevent barfing. I'm sleeping awful because I'm eating even at 1am when i wake up vomiting
