One of my friend has been working for motilal ostwal from 10 days and got offer letter from capgemini as she is from IT background motilal was a temporary job, but the main issue is 13 August is the joining in Capgemini and she is thinking to abscond from Motilal on 31st July after 1 month and will join Capgemini on 13th August. waht can be consciences/Issue and will PF will be shown here for 1 month of employment or she would opt for new PF account in Capgemini. Please help anyone.

Recently two months ago I joined in nonit company.They created UAN and pf account also.Now i got Capgemini joining.What i do i dont want previous nonit experience.i would like to join in Capgemini as a fresher. My present company refused to give relieving letter.Is there any issue while joining in Capgemini.please suggest me what i do

They're asking to login and download statement from bank portal while on a call. Is this seriously happening??

Yes this is common in some company . For some company will ask to show the details in their own laptop

Company creates PF only when he accepts offer and his Date of joining starts in it otherwise it's completely HR fault.

It's completely hr fault once you join the company then you have to pf account creation so it is creating trouble for the candidate
