Manlo kisi candidate ne CV me 5 companies mention ki hai aur genuinely waha kaam bhi kiya hai lekin UAN me 4 companies show ho rahi hai kyunki 1 company ka EPFO me coverage nahi tha par UAN varification toh negative ho gaya na aise me company ko candidate defaulter lagega aur use joining nahi degi na hi company karan bataigi ki selection ke bad bhi joining kyu nahi di.

I have proper offer, releiving letter ..and now i got another company offer i stated them as 2 years experience by neglecting that bpo experience would that be an impact on bgv ..or they will check only the relevanc experience?

Honestly is more important.

Some company only asks for last 2 employer details or they verify your last 5 years bank statement.. If it is a startup or small organization they hardly bother.. But there will be a problem for companies like tcs, Accenture if u dont have proper docs
