Bro I've Samsung J7 Phone, the problem is, It doesn't operate both the sims at a time! Means, only 1 sim will be run, which is on "4G/LTE" network settings, the 2nd sim who will automatically be on "2g" network, so 2nd sim will not run, unless I turn on "4g/LTE" network, but in that case sim 1 will not run!! I examined to many hardware/software repair shops, but not resolved the issue. Also tried "Factory reset" which failed too.
Sir ye Koi problem nahi hai , J7 me ak hi slote 4G hota hai, jaise ki ab Jo Bhi phone aa rahe Hain unke dono slot 4G hote Hain, likin pahle sirf ak hi slot 4G select Kar sakte the,
