On 4:54 you placed the bracket which is supposed to secure the battery connection *before* you connected the battery. Just an info for those using this guide: You first have to connect the battery, then you mount the bracket. Thanks for this guide, helped me fix my broken phone :-)

@@MovilonePhoneRepair I like video as is. Music is absolutely useless and annoying. Everybody can play his own favourite music in backround. But I dont like industrial glue under LCD and double side tape under battery. How do you replace LCD next time? :(
Petr Plášil thanks for suggestions! About the music I m totally agree with you; about the second repair, in case, the double side tape it a not gonna be a problem and the screen if you have to replace it, again , the b7000 or t7000, it won’t be a problem either..if the screen is broken 😅
Hello sir.I finally replaced the lcd from my phone.But now,when the phone is on,the back near fingerprint(and the fingerprint itself...)is heating up a lot!Do you know why is this happening;When i tested the screen before i put in in place,the fingerprint sensor(or near it)smelled like burned...Thank in advance and sorry for my bad english!

The vertical line in on the Lcd Screen...I don't thing it's related to rain water, but you should look for an specialized service in your area to perform an ultrasonic cleaning, or...you can claim to the guaranty ( to see what they think about the black line and how they relate it) before opening it on your own or in another technical service. É fácil de achar a tela tanto no Mercado Livre como no AliExpress. Só confira se seu modelo é o Redmi Note 5 Pro ou Plus. Os sensores na parte de cima são trocados. O Pro tem a câmera frontal no lado esquerdo do altofalante.

@@xnjn_DKkn Desculpa, não sei como essa funciona. O detalhe da cola específica para bateria é que você consegue tirar depois puxando a ponta que fica do lado de fora. Se não tiver mesmo uma opção é deixar sem cola. Eu fiz isso no meu e não faz diferença.

It is without frame. at the one with frame you dont need glue or heat gun. The frame is the metal piece in the middle between battery and display.

@@WorldChampHD there is a glass that has the frame and some the holes for the screws to fit it without any things only with a screwdiver..

@@WorldChampHD yes, you remove the back cover, the battery and conectors, then unscrew the screws of the motherboard from the display and screw it back on the new display :D you can find that kind of display on aliexpress

Attention!! Replacement displays will get broken easily, espessically if you bought the cheaper ones. In addition to that, most replacement displays have lower color contrast.. weak colors. It's my second attempt which failed :/
