The trailers for nms and cyperpunk had me HOOKED. I followed nms since inception, pre-ordered and played it thru all it's problems and to this day still check up on it. I bought cyperpunk the month before the anime released and put in 500 hr. Games sell if the concept is good and fresh. Concord was a generic shooter that reminded me of overwatch or valerant. I Wasn't interested in the slightest in either of those nor in concord and I play alot of fps games.
If even the trailer can't hook you up, don't even bother with the actual game, because it's only going to be downhill from there, and it's the same story for just about any game.
The key difference between Concord, NMS and CP2077 is Concord is a live service game and not a single player experience. Concord has an expiry date whereas NMS and CP2077 are there when i want to play them and i dont need anyone else (arguable with NMS as playing with friends makes it much more enjoyable.) That said, i look forwards for NMS and Concord being taught as valuable lessons in how to regain support and Concord on how to well, do everything wrong.
So what im hearing is that you didnt like the game because it was too diverse and woke. Real question, other then having a few characters of color or opposite gender, what was so woke about it? Or did you really really hate that they put people that were not white in your game? Im real curious.
I don't actually hate anything! I am simply comparing and analyzing the games... and one of them feels boring and unattractive. If I see a boring and unappealing design in the characters or the world, together with the same games we've been playing for a decade now, then I'm just not going to play it. They can put as many diverse characters as they want for all I care, just make them visually cool! And as you can see the numbers speak for themselves, who wants to play that type of game?
@LarryPuss there is a difference between not liking something for bwing bad, which if im honest that game is no different than valorant or any of the others like it, they are all bad. They are not good games. Problem is that you then focus more than a minute on how its focused on diversity and wokeness which i just dont see. How can anyone complain about diversity in a video game? That should never be an issue. If the games bad then talk about the things that make it bad. But all ive mostly seen is people say its just like any other in this genre and that they were too "focused" on diversity as if thats an actual thing.
@@tiddlesworth8798 that is because "woke" is nothing more than an excuse to justify all the isms of prejudice, and always was. In reality bad media is bad because of its low quality, but "wokeness" just attracts criticism from the right-brained to a corporate pr-strategy, that should earn cookie points from investors. Just greedy corps being greedy, and people involved in "woke" have nothing to do with it.
@burak-he3zr so again, your issue is too many "colored" people on your video games and that you dont like these darn pronouns? Am i getting that right? Sorry, they also added women. My bad. Cant have that either can we.
What do you think? Was Concord doomed from the start? Or did it have a chance to make a comeback if the developers had put more time into it?

Even from the trailers concord never appealed to me 😅

I'm guessing when the TV show comes out, it might come back. To die again haha b
Since the title is in past tense, shouldnt it be rose up instead of rise up?
Super video❤❤ 100 like
