Ttr 110 semi manual clutch

I forgot to mention in the video that I had to bend on the cable mount. It holds the cable up against the exhaust if you don’t.
Oil seal measurements:
Crank seal: 10x18x6mm
Kick start shaft seal: 15x26x7mm

I can’t get any movement on the clutch basket. Did you have to remove anything on the inside or just install the new rod and put it back together. Thanks

Most likely didn’t get the clutch plates and disks back in the right way.

Where did you buy the kick starter seal or can you use and seal of that dimension

Do you have the part number for the crank case seal?

Is it worth doing this performance wise and does it work like a regular clutch does for clutch up wheelies?

After a few months of use and abuse I have to say I would recommend it. I almost have to use the clutch now because of i don’t it’s hard to shift, but I think there’s an adjust that might make that better just haven’t tried it yet. Clutch wheelies and berm blast are fun tho.

It’s all working great, bought a clutch perch from Amazon. Only odd thing I’ve found is you can’t kick start it with the clutch pulled in, but the electric start works.

Tryed to install this same kit. Got it all back together and can’t get enough tension on the cable to pull the clutch in any advice?

@@zackmenasche3647 have you actually started it since you installed. I had mine adjust to tight and it wouldn’t engage the clutch.

I can’t get my clutch cable tight either. It’s almost like it’s 2”-3” too long
