Then as the film closes on a sunset with the traditional "If We Hold On Together" suite, it pans up to the sky to show a longneck cloud formation in the same shape as the one seen near the end of the first movie. Then it fades to black, and we hear a single familiar voiceover echoing, saying "I'll be with you... even if you can't see me." Then cue the end credits. For Duckie's Dad and Cera's Mom, I just say they died during the "Great Earth Shake" of the first movie, as for the rest well, a Sharptooth did it. It leaves me with fewer headaches.
I grew up with this series and loved it and I'm really disappointed to see how far its fallen. Though on a brightside I appreciate you taking the time to sit through each and genuinely do your best to find some good in each. Best wishes to you and your nephew!
I really appreciate that fairness! Especially concerning my nostalgia. Perhaps I am just a sap but these silly dinosaurs are still important to me even despite their worsening movies. XD
The theory about what happened to Cera's mother and sisters is a pretty sad one, but might make a lot of sense. In the first movie, while Cera was separated from her family, during the trek to the Great Valley, off-screen, the Three Horn herd was likely attacked by Sharp Tooth and killed Cera's mother and sisters, leaving her father devastated. When her father was reunited with Cera in the Great Valley, his only surviving daughter, he saw this as his second chance. That may be why Topsy is so overprotective of Cera and fearful of anything foreign that may be dangerous. He doesn't want to risk losing her again.
@@FantasticFawnleap In the first movie, Cera stated to Littlefoot that she has sisters. Well...HAD. It was during the scene of Littlefoot grieving over the loss of his mother, and Cera stubbornly refuses to travel together with him.
I did a little research and it turns out the actors who were topsy and grandpa longneck passed away around 2012 or before that. That's the main reason why they sound different, but that's no excuse for not finding a better actor.
There are deffinitley some people who have only seen the sequels and have never seen the emotional torture masterpiece that was the first movie. That is so depressing
Yes there are and unfortunately I'm one of them, but I've only have seen the second movie many moons ago. I've never seen the other movies until these reviews came along.
Yep. The first movie was so much different from all the sequels... in fact I bet if the first had been more like it’s sequels, I don’t think the sequels would have been made in the first place
You do have to admit. As old & as pointless as the sequels got, the series still is classic. I mean it's been around since the 80s. I mean when I was younger, I used to watch The Land Before Time on my Grandma's VHS player because she had the VHS tapes because my older cousins used to watch them on VHS tape so they were basically hand me downs, so the series holds a special place in my heart. But I do agree. The sequels are a little repetitive. But they are a cute thing to show to a child when you want them to calm down. I'm going to pass them down to my child in the near future.
44:20 Actually, yet again, I can illuminate on this, too. Seems Chomper and Ruby were lost in the Mysterious Beyond and our intrepid prehistoric reptiles found them and now they live in the Great Valley. All this took place back in 2007, during the short-lived TV series that brought back several of the old sequel characters; including Guido, Moe, Pterano at one point (I think), those three bully dinos, and even Bron before this film came out. How do I know this? Because I sadly was one of those caught in the big dino-boom Jurassic Park fueled back in the 90's, and was more into the prehistoric creatures present instead of the stories/characters.
"How do we even know that the little ones came this way?" "Well, there's a dead Sharptooth over there - the body count my grandson leaves in his wake is astronomical!" LMAO
The growth rates are especially odd since the kids physically grew IN THE FIRST MOVIE. You can judge the amount by the tree star Littlefoot carries. It's larger than him when they start, and barely a horse blanket when it gets ripped up.
But in all seriousness, I love this franchsie. I know that it's inconsistent and probably aren't as good now as I think they are, but I loved them a kid despite of their imperfections and Littlefoot, Cera, Ducky, Petrie and Spike will always be a part of me for many years to come. Thank you, LBT. Thank you for all the memories!
I'm glad Chomber and Ruby are now in the gang. Buuut.. We really need a movie showing how it went when they were introduced to the great valley ó.0 Actually, i can kinda see it becoming a story in the future generations. _"Long ago. Sharpteeth were forbidden in the great valley. Their monsterous appetites were the reason our people fled to these lands. But one day a small sharptooth named Chomper was born in the valley. He became friends with the plant eaters and so began the peace between us. Now not only is the great valley a land of peace, but now a place where even some sharpteeth has found ways to live amongst us. The ones outside the valley, though, thrive on their old ways as monsters."_ Sorry, i like the idea of Chomper becoming a permanent resident if not maybe a fellow protector of the great valley :D
I guess my only problem with the idea of Chomper making peace is... _how?_ Like, what exactly are the Sharpteeth supposed to eat? I guess maybe fish, but I seriously doubt there's enough fish for every Sharptooth. I liked the second and fifth movies' approach, showing the Sharpteeth aren't mindless monsters, but they eat the herbivores out of biological obligation, not just sadism.
38:19 *Actually*, that's a popular misconception. Pangea formed roughly near the end of the Permian period, near an extinction event that arguably devastated more life forms than the Ice Age extinctions and the extinction of the dinosaurs COMBINED. It broke up roughly during the Jurassic age, and while the timescale varies greatly when it comes to these films, we can presume their either in the late Jurassic or mid Cretaceous. In other words, Pangea don't exist no mo!
"They create a rockslide by bouncing on their butts?!" Well, you should know that magic and mystery are part of their history. Along with the secret of gummiberry juice.
Archer Slam-BAM Thanks. Ever considered reviewing the original Mobile Suit Gundam series? If you want to know where you can find it, I know an anime streaming site called Anime Jolt which has the entire original series available with subtitles.
The sauropods have their noses in the their foreheads, meaning a very short olfactory tract. Their sense of smell is probably less acute than a human's.
The sharp teeth in these installments don't even look ominous. I remember how scary looking sharp teeth used to look in the earlier ones like damn. e-e Animators, take notes.
So how many siblings do Ducky and Spike actually have? They've been shown with a few, a lot, none, and ones that just hatched. And the two of them are still little kids (I think?) so how fast can the mum lay another clutch of eggs? Do the other ones just keep dying offscreen? Is Ducky secretly killing them off?
I think they won't, I once read the fanfiction about sharptooth coming back and our friends grow up and someone told about calling Universal and asking how about making it a movie. They told him never to call back. Assholes.
I can agree with your opinions (especially the 13th sequel) even though i'm a fan of the franchise. My ranks of the movies: The Land Before Time: 10/10 The Great Valley Adventure: 6/10 The Time Of The Great Giving: 8/10 Journey Through The Mists: 9/10 The Mysterious Island: 7/10 The Secret Of The Saurus Rock: 5/10 The Stone Of Cold Fire: 9/10 The Big Freeze: 5/10 Journey To The Big Water: 5/10 The Great Logneck Migration: 8/10 Invasion Of The Tinysauruses: 3/10 The Great Day Of The Flyers: 6/10 The Wisdom Of Friends: 0/10 Journey Of The Brave: 7/10
Well, they kinda look like dodos, and dodos WERE dinosaurs :V (But I get what you mean; none that should have been around back... whenever these movies are supposed to take place.)
+Éowyn Bates I wouldn't mind so much except the first movie went the extra mile to make these dinosaurs anatomically correct wile still being cartoons. and then the telitubimimuses here ruined it. the only way those could exist is if there butts were full of helium or something
I haven't actually sat down and watched more than maybe an episode-and-a-half of the TV series, but this is what I've heard: Cera's mom is introduced at some point (and holds no ill will for Topsy finding a new wife and starting another family with her), Ali comes back to the Great Valley (but with what is essentially a boyfriend in tow), Chomper lives in the Great Valley because his parents made an agreement with the herbivores to guard the Valley's walls in exchange for a permanent home, and...that's all I've heard about it.
"Why do they look like LIttlefoot but smaller and green?" Remember Bob? Littlefoot is a garystu! that means anyone new he meets will be either worshipping him, a longneck like him, or some kind of variation of his look
He also plays Spike for the majority of the series, minus the first movie. You should also check out “Through the Eyes of a Spiketail” where we learn more about Spike’s character though his mind.
31:36 Yes, this is true. Though I did hear an interesting theory where protoceratops could've climbed trees like goats. Even komodo dragons as young climb trees so maybe young triceratops did as well.
...Sarkastadon is a real animal? I was making a joke about a dinosaur that's sarcastic! lol Dear Ice Age movies, if you haven't done so yet, PLEASE take advantage of that name! Thank you. -Bobsheaux
18:51 Ah yes, that reminds me! Much like with Kenneth Mars, Topsy here's voiced by another veteran actor: John Ingle, whose known contributions to the acting/voice acting arts include the judge in the Animaniacs episode La La Law, and the narrator as well as Topsy himself. Sadly, he passed away a year after Mars due to cancer of an as of yet unknown type (no sources I could find specify), and he's now voiced as of 2016 by George Ball; better known by Bayonetta fans as Fortitudo in Bayonetta 2.
+francisjairam on the bright side he did some very interesting acting career. He was in Mel brooks young Frankenstein and for what Kenneth Mars was known for was the voice of King triton in Disney's the little mermaid.
+Bobsheaux I love your videos and I was looking forwards to another hour of your review! (Also excited for more alpha and omega!) Don't worry, it's not tedious at all! Your 1 hour long specials are my favorite.

I think the point of The Great Day of Flyers was to judge how well someone can fly. Along with your example you gave, I can see the problem of singing Little Shop of Horrors during Hamlet, but I don't think that was the point. The point was, they were judging Petrie's ability to fly, by his ability to fly a certain way. To compare it to that example, yes, you can't do Little Shop of Horrors during Hamlet, but instead it's like saying you're not a good actor because you can't do Hamlet, even though you can do Little Shop of Horrors. What I'm trying to say is, one the Great Day of Flyers, they were judging how well someone can fly, by how they fly.
It is.... SO weird seeing a feathered character show up in this series. As much as I love seeing more accurate dinosaurs finally inching their way into pop culture (though, Jurassic World might have set us back again...), this is a series full of anachronistic designs. It almost feels like it should stay that way.
Exactly. I get that they were trying to be more scientifically accurate with the raptors in Jurassic Park III, but did they explain why they look so different from the raptors that were already established?
Bobsheaux You deserve that compliment. There’s no denying the original film is a classic, but it does have its fair share of faults. If people want to find a good sequel to counterbalance some of the flaws the original had, I say why not. I hear some people say that one sequel they like is “the Big Freeze” because it has heart; which is a good recommendation in my book. For me, my favorite sequel (which is also RaisorBlade’s favorite LBT sequel) is “the Time of the Great Giving”, because of how they expanded on the themes that was carried over from the original without insulting the audience. And like you said before, the characters were in character, especially since the Great Valley would be considered something to avoid huge amounts of danger as much as they can, and they can now get to know each other better since they were in harmony. It even deals with the topics of bullying and abusive relationships better than “Cool Cat Saves the Kids” and “Screams of Silence” combined. Daddy Topps (that was his name since his name in the original film’s credits) barely had some character, and it won’t be until III where we explore on his aggressive personality more, it was because his father taught him this way. Now when he realized his aggressive behavior would lead to more danger, even to the point of endangering his own daughter, he realized it’s never the right thing and needs to be changed for good... which was sadly ignored after that film. And that’s too bad, because I love stories that have great character development like that, and this is a similar problem I have with Eggman between the events of Sonic Adventure 2 and Sonic Heroes.
At 7:21, you said... " *we're* *11* *movies* *in* *to* *a* *franchise* *that* *came* *out* *of* *a* *story* *that* *was* *all* *about* *the* *advantages* *of* *diversity,* *how* *many* *times* *can* *they* *beat* *this* *horse* *before* *they* *find* *out* *that* *it's* *dead?* " I think that by the time Universal got that far with the franchise, they weren't just beating a dead horse. They beating a dead horse with ANOTHER dead horse.
Well, if there's anything we can learn from these sequels. Murdering Predators is the social norm. Even if they're scared or are just trying to eat. Then again. I thought Pterano, Edda and Guido were probably my favourites from this sequelitis complex of a very beloved franchise. I'm tempted to see the first movie now. ^^
20:38 - 21:16: I thought Cera's other sisters were dead when the Earth-shake happened. In the end of the first film, You only see Topsy and Cera being reunited, no other Triceratops there.
Land Before Time 16 the Ice Age Land Before Time 17 The Meltdown Land Before Time 18 Continental Drift Land Before Time 19 Collision Course And Finely Land Before Time 20 The Great Extinction
I'm so glad these sequels have stopped now, the sad part is that The Land Before Time had so much potential for a good franchise. I wish they were better written and that it got a great ending to it too. *sighs* Maybe if the original gets a remake, maybe it'll be a good opportunity for it to get good movies.
Bobsheaux Chris Pratt loves his dinosaurs. He wouldn't smack them upside their heads. Maybe a stern talking to, or a spanking. TBH, I've NEVER seen a dinosaur get spanked before. So, that should be interesting.
Here's a fun drinking game! Have an entire bottle of Everclear whenever they use a cutesy term AND whenever Petrie says "me", AND whenever there's a song!
Thanks for that belated birthday present, Bob, you should been proud of yourself! And btw, you have been a proud uncle of your 3rd nephew, and, good job on the review, you shouldn't come on to the live stream coming over with Branden and Billy coming up, and btw, i cant wait til sing along month to come up! ;)
Remember when Sharp Teeth where super dangerous and neigh unstoppable forces of nature? That was nice. And I have to ask. Are they even trying anymore? Because the cartoon sound effects say no. Which is why I'm waiting for Land Before Time: The Asteroid's Finally Here
As for the devil horned dinosaur it looked even sillier in real life plus it not having feathers is pretty accurate due to no fossils showing it had any and it's relatives have no fossils showing feathers either. It's actually one of my favourite dinosaurs honestly. Carnotaurus is cool yet dumb looking.
I was wondering why Cera's father sounded so off. I knew about Grandpa Longneck, and had been wondering how they were going to work around that. I'm a little disappointed. Ducky is at least somewhere in the ballpark.
Y'gotta give 'em props for giving dinosaurs at least a little bit of feathers when before they were all featherless, and not giving the females some dino titties. Although what is bothering me is that littlefoot and his grandparents look like apatosaurus when his father kind of resembles a diplodocus.
Also, the twist ending should've just been that the "treesweets" were just narcotics and they were all high. I decided that 1:30 into the review. Edit: 46:59 Cue the TreeGI!
To be fair, Ceras Wisdom was "Don't climb up if you can't get down" It doesn't say anything about trees specially, so it could refer to climbing rocks or something
Bob, I honestly have to thank you, not only have you made me see the atrocities that are LBT 12 and 13, but you've also helped me refurbish my love for this series, even if some movies may seem like complete and utter bullshit, especially compared to the first, they have nostalgic memories to me, and when comparing them to Alpha and Omega, they truly are special, I know that these movies have a whole bunch of problems but hey, what's wrong with loving something bad? Thanks again, Bob, you made me fall in love with these movies all over again, even if that wasn't your intent, these reviews still mean a lot to me 😊
ruby and chomper came to the great valley because a sharptooth named Redclaw and his two raptors were threatning there safety. So they came to the great valley to be safe, and since littlefoot knew chomper very well, all the adults thought it was fine.
3:27 There are several theories one I believe is that she was with the group Pterano was in, and she and the rest of Cera's siblings were killed by the Deinonychus
They made them Feather-Head Sharpteeth because A. they are Yutyrannus, dinos with direct evidence of feathers and B. it helps build up all the dinos in their world.
I can see it now, The Land Before Time 15: Will the Dino Five become Teenagers Already? screw with the roman numerals. The Land Before Time 16: Will you Freaking grow up Already? The Land Before Time 17: Great Valley Dino Graffiti like American Graffiti, The Land Before Time 18: Making a Little Prehistoric Love. The Land Before Time 19: Littlefoot and Cera's Interspecies Wedding, The Land Before Time 20: Love-Child Birth Adventure and so on and so forth.
Well, Mr. Devil horned sharptooth is a Carnotaurus, aka Carnotaur. If they'd made him look even more accurate with tiny little arms, he'd look even sillier!
Also (And I'm sure you're tired of my commenting here, but I promise it's my last one), in Ducky, Petrie, and Spike's defense: 1. Littlefoot essentially framed good friends of theirs for crimes Littlefoot himself committed, so they have every right to be pissed off. 2. When they realized what they did, they did in fact regret it; and oddly enough, Cera of all of them tells them to go and apologize to Littlefoot for what was essentially biting his Long-Necked head off.
As for Journey of the Brave, the story is fine as it is. I like how Littlefoot gets his father back because this time it looks permanent. I also like the major improvement in the animation, and the environment looks magnificent. Still another improvement is allowing Reba McEntire to sing. This sequel is already a major improvement from the actually bad Wisdom of Friends, but I personally think ti was missing one thing: TIME TRAVELLING HUMANS! If you look at the rest of the sequels, you will see that none of the sequels ever had a plot involving humans. I understand humans had not evolved until the dinosaurs became extinct, and if that's the reason for why they did not use any cavemen, then that is a good reason. But then again, if they really can;t use cavemen, then time travelers should be a perfectly good alternative. These humans could show some new technology, which could make them a great help in Littlefoot's journey to bring his father back. I have actually thought of multiple ideas for what the humans could do if they came to the dinosaur times. If any of you commenters think this would just be jumping the shark or it's a bad idea, okay. I just can;t help thinking that Movie #14 would be a perfect time to add some time traveling humans.
Little Foot isn't an pompous megalomaniac (as funny as that is to day, honestly). He's a child who was given just enough good advice to be dangerous and can only see the world through that one lens. Wisdom has a specific look to him, and he's not old or experienced enough to understand that wisdom can take many forms. I'm not saying he's smart. His choices are often foolish, but all it is is immaturity, not true megalomania (though, if left unchecked, I'm sure it could develop into full and permanent megalomania in the future). (but yeah, that doesn't change the fact that Little Foot does many profoundly stupid things)
fightingleaf I agree but I also thought little foot reminds me of when other countries find a new land ( not new cause ppl live in that area ) and they say those people uncivilized An it up to them to show them culture and teach them the civilized way to live even though these people have been living their life perfectly they survive thousands of years on their own lol

I was one of them. If only I could get all the movies on DVD again :(.
I love how you and Raven collaborate. You guys seem like a great couple.
She is my muse. ^_^
Bobsheaux She is your awesome band?
Jessamine Manchester they are a great couple
You do have to admit. As old & as pointless as the sequels got, the series still is classic. I mean it's been around since the 80s. I mean when I was younger, I used to watch The Land Before Time on my Grandma's VHS player because she had the VHS tapes because my older cousins used to watch them on VHS tape so they were basically hand me downs, so the series holds a special place in my heart. But I do agree. The sequels are a little repetitive. But they are a cute thing to show to a child when you want them to calm down. I'm going to pass them down to my child in the near future.
the two are so adorkable together
When that guy said, "Why don't you pick on somebody your own size", I'm honestly surprised you didn't play a clip from _The Lion King._
*plays that famous Pumbaa clip at the end*
"How do we even know that the little ones came this way?"
"Well, there's a dead Sharptooth over there - the body count my grandson leaves in his wake is astronomical!"
LMAO
The growth rates are especially odd since the kids physically grew IN THE FIRST MOVIE. You can judge the amount by the tree star Littlefoot carries. It's larger than him when they start, and barely a horse blanket when it gets ripped up.
When I was REALLY little I loved "The Wisdom of Friends."
Why
Bright colors and silly characters, probably. lol
Bright Characters and Silly Colors probably (un-jumble this scentence)
But in all seriousness, I love this franchsie. I know that it's inconsistent and probably aren't as good now as I think they are, but I loved them a kid despite of their imperfections and Littlefoot, Cera, Ducky, Petrie and Spike will always be a part of me for many years to come. Thank you, LBT. Thank you for all the memories!
I'm glad Chomber and Ruby are now in the gang. Buuut.. We really need a movie showing how it went when they were introduced to the great valley ó.0
Actually, i can kinda see it becoming a story in the future generations.
Shouldn't that be explained in the TV series?
@@raijyn2452 It was slightly touched upon but never given a full focus like how all the residents suddenly allowed Chomper there.
I wish it was a female trex character instead of a male there are to many boys.
LOL. When's your next cartoon review? Also, I got it wrong. The Captain Scarlet reboot is called Gerry Anderson's New Captain Scarlet.
My next review, which should be out this week, will be a game review, next week is a cartoon review.
Archer Slam-BAM Thanks. Ever considered reviewing the original Mobile Suit Gundam series? If you want to know where you can find it, I know an anime streaming site called Anime Jolt which has the entire original series available with subtitles.
My explanation: It's one of those simultaneous ground-pound things from the newer Mario games.
*facepalm* lol
It's hard to critique this because it's so nostalgic for me. I used to have the disk to this and we'd play them in the car all the time.
Same. Guido was my jam
Chomper knows Littlefoot's sent because as a sharptooth, he's good at smelling meat.
hes a dino dog of the group
The sauropods have their noses in the their foreheads, meaning a very short olfactory tract. Their sense of smell is probably less acute than a human's.
I'm not sure why he thought that didn't make sense.
assuming chomper is T-rex, they are believed to actually have one of the best sense of smells of dinosuars.
@@MechaShadowV2 I'm 96% sure that's what he's supposed to be.
The sharp teeth in these installments don't even look ominous. I remember how scary looking sharp teeth used to look in the earlier ones like damn. e-e Animators, take notes.
Out of all the movies, the last movie is a sin...
I guess they trying too hard to appeal to kids... F*ck Q5
Sorry, I was blaming someone.
11:07 Oh my god, that's Cree Summer...
Numbuh Five ain't pleased 'bout this.

Jake Sharratt or Cree, Numbuh Five's sister
neither is penny gadget, or Valerie (danny phantom)
Or Blackarachnia
So how many siblings do Ducky and Spike actually have? They've been shown with a few, a lot, none, and ones that just hatched. And the two of them are still little kids (I think?) so how fast can the mum lay another clutch of eggs? Do the other ones just keep dying offscreen? Is Ducky secretly killing them off?
how many siblings dose Petri have ?
@@ciminod 6 brothers, 2 sisters (yes i know it's a bit late)
@@ciminod . Petrie: Even me not so sure about that.
How longer until they actually make a movie about the dinosaur friends growing up?
Never bro.
+The Lombax Gamer I hope the Universal Animation crew themselves think about a sequel which does so.
I think they won't, I once read the fanfiction about sharptooth coming back and our friends grow up and someone told about calling Universal and asking how about making it a movie. They told him never to call back. Assholes.
19titanic12 That's a shame. That would've been an interesting idea for a new movie.
+KarenVanneste I say soon due to the release of Jurassic World The Fallen Kingdom this year.
A perfect gift of laughter on my birthday, thank you Bob!

i am a zoologist with more then 50 books on dinosaurs an those "yellowbellies" don't look anything like any known dinosaur species
They don't look like any known species of anything!
Well, they kinda look like dodos, and dodos WERE dinosaurs :V
(But I get what you mean; none that should have been around back... whenever these movies are supposed to take place.)
+Éowyn Bates I wouldn't mind so much except the first movie went the extra mile to make these dinosaurs anatomically correct wile still being cartoons. and then the telitubimimuses here ruined it. the only way those could exist is if there butts were full of helium or something
Zane Powell You just summed everything I hated about them perfectly into one comment
They're obviously supposed to be dinosaurized Oogieloves.
24:35 I freaking love Calvin and Hobbes. Thanks for the reference!!
You ended it too soon, Bill Watterson...
3:43 Aww your nephew is adorable Bobsheaux.
Agree
"Why do they look like LIttlefoot but smaller and green?"
Remember Bob? Littlefoot is a garystu! that means anyone new he meets will be either worshipping him, a longneck like him, or some kind of variation of his look
Oh my god. Is that Rob Paulsen as Guido? GOODNIGHT EVERYBODY!!!
Even komodo dragons as young climb trees so maybe young triceratops did as well.
when you said "Invasion of the Tinysauruses", I thought you were joking
You when you said "thanks Sarkastadon" I wondered if you were referring to the prehistoric bear Sarkastadon...
...Sarkastadon is a real animal? I was making a joke about a dinosaur that's sarcastic! lol
Dear Ice Age movies,
if you haven't done so yet, PLEASE take advantage of that name!
Thank you.

@@Bobsheaux well, then we are all Sarkastadons
LBT 14 has more cartoony sound effects than Courage the Cowardly Dog.
The original Jurassic Park has cartooney sound effect during Dennis Nedry death scene where he slips that sounds like he slipped on a banna peel.
"It's official, the kids have contracted Canadian wolf puppy syndrome."
Or it's the point of origin.
Holy crap, Rob Paulson acted in a land before time movie!!!!!!!!!😁
I knew that voice freaking ANYWHERE!!!!!😄
So, now just to wait for the Ice Age reviews :)
The reason why the grandfather sounds different in the latest one is because his voice actor pasted away in 2011.
He knows he was complaining that he didn't even try to sound the same
+Miss Britishboo I know. Just point it out.
Oh well that sucks.
+francisjairam on the bright side he did some very interesting acting career. He was in Mel brooks young Frankenstein and for what Kenneth Mars was known for was the voice of King triton in Disney's the little mermaid.
Also he retired from acting in 2008.
"Littlefoot Terminator" should be a Meme! xD
Halleluia! Another hour of Bobsheaux. You spoil us T___T
I'm just glad you're enjoying them this long. I was afraid it might be tedious. lol
+Bobsheaux I love your videos and I was looking forwards to another hour of your review! (Also excited for more alpha and omega!) Don't worry, it's not tedious at all! Your 1 hour long specials are my favorite.
Hmmm, Cree Summer was in TLBT XI as the girl longneck? Ok then.

18:19 - The Land Before Time XII: Great Day of the Flyers
28:32 - The Land Before Time XIII: The Wisdom of Friends
41:47 - The Land Before Time XIV: Journey of the Brave
Bobsheaux No. We've had to guess they're a different variant.
Cant wait for a godzilla marathon lol
Oooooo yes please!

Unfortunately you will have to watch the tv series in order to know why Chomper is in the Great Valley.
These reviews are 100 times better than MarzGurls reviews.
Aww shucks... lol

I'm so glad these sequels have stopped now, the sad part is that The Land Before Time had so much potential for a good franchise. I wish they were better written and that it got a great ending to it too. *sighs* Maybe if the original gets a remake, maybe it'll be a good opportunity for it to get good movies.
Stopped.....
Dude, 14 came out THIS YEAR.
I just figured out why it's set on modern earth, it's set on Jurassic world if course.
Who's to say it's not?
Oh, if only Chris Pratt were around to smack upside their heads and say "Hey! Stop it. Okay?"
Bobsheaux Chris Pratt loves his dinosaurs. He wouldn't smack them upside their heads. Maybe a stern talking to, or a spanking. TBH, I've NEVER seen a dinosaur get spanked before. So, that should be interesting.
Oh yeah, tough love, that's what he'd give them. lol
That makes a lot of sense, actually. It might explain the 'alien' dinosaurs. Maybe they are humans in dinosaur costumes?

As for the devil horned dinosaur it looked even sillier in real life plus it not having feathers is pretty accurate due to no fossils showing it had any and it's relatives have no fossils showing feathers either.
It's actually one of my favourite dinosaurs honestly.
Carnotaurus is cool yet dumb looking.
Topsy's original voice actor died and was replaced. Same with grandpa.
I was wondering why Cera's father sounded so off. I knew about Grandpa Longneck, and had been wondering how they were going to work around that. I'm a little disappointed. Ducky is at least somewhere in the ballpark.
Him, too?!
That's was very sad when I discovered that
Y'gotta give 'em props for giving dinosaurs at least a little bit of feathers when before they were all featherless, and not giving the females some dino titties. Although what is bothering me is that littlefoot and his grandparents look like apatosaurus when his father kind of resembles a diplodocus.

The Land Before Time XI: Topsy makes the Great Valley great again
To be fair, Ceras Wisdom was "Don't climb up if you can't get down"
It doesn't say anything about trees specially, so it could refer to climbing rocks or something
I have to admit the first was the best, but I say the sequels are my naughty pleasure

Thanks again, Bob, you made me fall in love with these movies all over again, even if that wasn't your intent, these reviews still mean a lot to me 😊
It's cool if you love something bad. I love Ratchet & Clank, and a lot of people think that's bullshit.
ruby and chomper came to the great valley because a sharptooth named Redclaw and his two raptors were threatning there safety. So they came to the great valley to be safe, and since littlefoot knew chomper very well, all the adults thought it was fine.
It was mentioned in the TV show.
Yeah the T-Rex had bigger arms compared with Carnotaurus.
Also, Jurassic World and Disney's Dinosaur made Carnotaurus look more terrifying and less silly.
When Cera said "Don't climb up if you can't get back down" I seriously doubt she was specifically referring to climbing up tree's.
Also (And I'm sure you're tired of my commenting here, but I promise it's my last one), in Ducky, Petrie, and Spike's defense:
“You’re tearing me apart, Sharptooth!”
I smell a fellow Pterano fan
Hey so am I 😄
As for Journey of the Brave, the story is fine as it is.
I think a better idea would be a story/miniseries involving more fleshed out carnivore characters.
I fucking died at the Schwarzenegger part... does anyone else picture little foot mowing down dinosaurs with a machine gun like, 'Zis is how'
"Stay cool!" ;D
land before time 15 the rise of the machines

You're doing the Lord's work, Bob.
I didn't know Bob was a Blues Brother.
