This was a wonderful tour Tiki, i like that your very respectful to the properties that you explore, do you do real-estate work...I like that you describe everything to your audience, my wife and I live in a small basement apartment and we would welcome most of the houses you tour; not just because they are vacant, but you showed them in a very respectful manner. Please be careful...oh yeah, never stop exploring. :)
Tiki is my favorite..love your videos..I have a small online business and I have noticed and I've said it for years. This is not to say there aren't nice folks everywhere but it has been my experience that the people in Canada are always so nice and polite. I've always wanted to go visit Canada..sure is beautiful as well
This is the first video of yours that I felt uneasy about. Something wasn't right about that place, but I can't decide what it is. Awesome work as usual. Xoxo
Not sure why, but this video in particular made me sad. In the background, you can hear all of the traffic rushing by.....life going on while the life of this house is gone. :(
First room was odd, tiled except for that small area of carpet. The remote control was for an RC car, which you missed about 18" to the right on the dresser. I took the liberty to copy this one and run audio through my enhancing software. There is a class 1 EVP at 14:04. It is at a lower frequency than your voice pattern (male). After I cleaned out background hiss, etc I get 2 syllables. Sounds like "ready" to me. I will be going back and doing the same on the others where people say they heard voices.
Coffee cans = cash or coins......in some places. Just sayin'. It would have been cool for you to dump a couple thousand bucks out of the coffee cans then put it back neatly as you found it. : ) Thanks for sharing! LS
yes yes Tiki.. i heard it too.. its a male voice whispering 'hey" just for a mini second.. i got goose bumbs.. Tiki its not your breathing or a female whisper... yyow..its a male.. its around 14:01 to 14:06 somewhere.. try to listen to it from 14:00.. i listen to it several time.. and it is creepy..but thrilling..its lot different to your breathing which i listened . may be im wrong.. who knows. but it gave me the thrill factor.. thank you.. even the blue ghost tunnel didnt give me that kick.... lol....take care Tiki.. you are sooo awesomely brave..
Hello Tiki "Pam" Trex, I don't see anything new from you and I wonder if you are well; If not, I pray that you are well and that God watches over you and your family...I look forward to your new adventures...your loving loyal fan David
Really enjoy your videos. The commentary helps too, sometimes I have no idea what I'm looking at. LOL Have you ever fallen through a floor or ceiling or got caught and arrested? (hope not) Keep the videos coming! Thanks
Hi TiKi, I watch a lot of your videos of these abandoned properties & i wondered if any of them could be bought by some one like me from out side of the USA. I am in the UK & would love to buy one of these properties to come & live in the USA & to clean out & restore one of these properties so i could live in it. It seems such a shame that some of these properties have at one time been lovely & let go to rack & ruin & to get vandalized , would you know who i would need to contact. regards Brian.
Yes Tiki Trex thanks for your reply but it does not matter to me if you are in Canada or America because i already have friends in Alberta, & others that live on the edge of Yellowstone park, it just seemed that a lot of the properties are in the USA. Maybe you travel to the USA to find & video these properties but the same question applies can i still buy one where ever they may be. Thanks for your reply . Brian Mayhead.
Hey Brian, your initial comment stated you wanted to move to the USA, and so that's how I framed my answer. Nevertheless, these places are not listed for sale. You may be able to check with the county registry of wherever you want to move or consult a real estate agent who might have a list of houses that need renovating. I just explore them. I don't know anything about the ownership. Good luck in you search.
Another winner. i was a bit concerned about that place. Felt it too unsafe. By the way. i recognized you accent as Canadian. My mom was from Winnipeg , Man.
I Think it's strange that the clock said 10:10. That's the default time on all new clocks. I wonder if never was started or if it stopped at that time. That would be strange.
It is law in the US that doors have to be removed from abandoned/discarded refrigerators because of the danger of kids getting stuck in them. No such laws in Canada? Just wondering.
I don't think it's law in Canada as every abandoned house I've explored has had the fridge doors intact. But that is a good idea. They really should be removed.
Tikki: Thanks. I learn much from great UA-camrs like you. I remember there were a couple of incidents in the US in the 60s where kids got trapped and suffocated in discarded fridges, so the laws were passed. I always cringe when you open up fridges and freezers. Some of the left behind food (mayo in the cat lover lady's fridge) is almost as gross as finding a body.
Agent Fungus That would be an awful feeling getting trapped in one of those. I know in the larger institutions I have explored where they have the larger walk-in freezers and fridges, the doors or latches had been removed. So maybe it's law for those places. I've often thought how awful it would be to get trapped in those as well, and still feel uneasy going into them even though they're safe. Just psychological.
Tiki: Onto happier things! I see your most recent video has made it onto You Tube. I'm sure it will be awesome as always. I used to work in a place (Milwaukee County Zoo; yes I was a keeper before being a cop) that had large walk in freezers in the main food facility. I always made sure that the door was blocked open by some heavy object when I had to enter. The thought of getting trapped in there.....
Agent Fungus Thanks! I hope you enjoy it. That sounds like an interesting job. You must be an animal lover like myself. I'd be blocking those freezer doors as well. Even worse getting trapped with them turned on. I've seen too many movies, but it's definitely a reality, which I'm sure, as a cop, you've seen and heard plenty of.
Ya think people could be squatting in those rooms upstairs? That's my guess & why it's more heavily tagged & there are actual beds set up.. Just a thought.. Your videos never disappoint :)
With the fairly new stainless steel coffee maker and all of the many unopened cans of Maxwell House, I think I would've fixed myself a fresh hot pot! ...of course, I'm a diehard coffee drinker. ~oO(♫)Oo~
I too, wonder what was in the coffee cans...if they " loved " coffee that much they would have taken it with them. none of the vandals thought to look in the cans, either? also I see Ciarsten Phillips written on a wall upstairs Nov. 25, 09...but all the calendars indicate it wasn't abandoned until 2010 or later.
That remote was for the little car that was still on the table. I was half ready to see you jump, if that little car actually had some juice left in it, when you messed around with the controls. Cheers!
ok well it still sounds odd to me. :o I am looking forward to more of your videos ! Hope you have some more to be posted soon. Have fun and be safe in those abandoned homes! :)
mykenwood830 I hope to have some new videos soon as well. We have an unusually cold winter this year in Canada due to the Polar Vortex which isn't very conducive to exploring or the camera equipment as well as driving down the back roads. I'll be happy when things warm up to at least zero! :)
It doesn't appear anything has actually been vandalized, except for spray-painting "beer" on the freezer with none to show for it lol and graffiti elsewhere. Props to the trespassors for actually not tearing the place to shreds. It could have been much worse... Or get that way.
Back room perfect for growing weed. Coffee cans that big hold a lot of dope while throwing sniffer dogs off. Deliveries to the back door, watch out for dog. Come on in have a beer while we cut a deal.
Hi. I'm a 22-year-old Hu. These cannot be move to, you move into the voluntary housing couple. for me the dream to live there, but there is no House money with my daughter was 2 years old. incline unto my aid thanks

+David Rodriguez Thanks, David. I'm glad you like my videos. No, I'm not in real estate although I feel like an agent sometimes when I narrate. :)
Thank you, Devin! I'm glad you enjoy my videos!

socal1967 Thank you so much for your kind words! :)
Thanks, Steve! Yes, calendars are a wonderful thing to find in these places. Nothing really speaks better when looking for time clues.
This is the first video of yours that I felt uneasy about. Something wasn't right about that place, but I can't decide what it is. Awesome work as usual. Xoxo
Great Video Tiki. Another find with the calenders. That school I am doing has every calender in the buildings at July 2001. Beautiful house as well
Not sure why, but this video in particular made me sad. In the background, you can hear all of the traffic rushing by.....life going on while the life of this house is gone. :(
Thanks, James. You are so right about the developer. Good way of putting it.
This is are Amazing! you deserve to be famous
Elijah Seabock Thank you!
+TikiTrex Hi, The remote at 11:46 is for the little bug laying upside down right next it... Nice old video by the way, Thank you-
First room was odd, tiled except for that small area of carpet. The remote control was for an RC car, which you missed about 18" to the right on the dresser. Wow, I always wonder what these old homes looked liked in their prime.
That blanket near the pizza box is very similar to what's on my bed this minute! Same material, different patterns/color.
Hy, Good to see your back... nice video also.. (Your fan, from the Netherlands)
Love this house, sadly I’m sure is no longer there. The bathroom definitely had a 70’s look.
Coffee cans = cash or coins......in some places. Just sayin'. It would have been cool for you to dump a couple thousand bucks out of the coffee cans then put it back neatly as you found it. : ) Thanks for sharing! LS
Gotta have coffee after a night of boozing! LOL I love your video's so glad your back!
Awesome video Tiki, thank you!

could be
I listened where you suggested, and I heard it, too. I heard someone quickly say, "Hey."
Great job Tiki, as usual! Shame development has to come in and ruin places. Bet that was one beautiful area at one time.
Hello Tiki "Pam" Trex, I don't see anything new from you and I wonder if you are well; If not, I pray that you are well and that God watches over you and your family...I look forward to your new adventures...your loving loyal fan David
I would so love to go urban exploring with someone on UA-cam. :)
as always..wonderful video :)
Wondered what happened found ya new channel again , thank god !!!
i love your videos so much thanks for sharing them with us
Welcome back. You only had a few hundred thousand people worried if you were alright. Me for one.
Great video Pam,if you go to 14:04 you can hear a man say"Hey" very clearly, thanks for sharing, stay safe
Really enjoy your videos. The commentary helps too, sometimes I have no idea what I'm looking at. LOL Have you ever fallen through a floor or ceiling or got caught and arrested? (hope not) Keep the videos coming! Thanks

Hi Brian, thanks for watching my videos. I am actually in Canada, as are the houses.
Yes Tiki Trex thanks for your reply but it does not matter to me if you are in Canada or America because i already have friends in Alberta, & others that live on the edge of Yellowstone park, it just seemed that a lot of the properties are in the USA. Okay TiKi thanks for that info any way.
You're welcome, Brian.
Yes, it does! :) Thank you!
Another well done video my friend...
Love your videos always
Thanks, Chris! :)
Have you ever come on some squatters or other people living in any of the abandoned houses you film? Great videos, by the way.
Thanks for another Tiki vid .Its only a mattor of time .The developer has that building in check mate .
Another winner. i was a bit concerned about that place. Felt it too unsafe. By the way. i recognized you accent as Canadian. My mom was from Winnipeg , Man.

Yep, I heard that Hey as well - creepy!

Thanks. I've never come across them, but I have come across evidence that they have been around.
Thank you!!!
Ya think people could be squatting in those rooms upstairs? That's my guess & why it's more heavily tagged & there are actual beds set up.. Just a thought.. Your videos never disappoint :)
This one is right in the city, so handy for a kids' hangout. But you never know. Thanks for your input, and I'm glad you like my videos! :)
Just thinking since there was plastic hung, maybe to keep the insulation from falling or leaks from getting on the bed.. HHMMMM.. LOL
Thanks! :)
the remote was for the little rc car next to the grinder
great video!
Metal flashing on bottom of the door is to prevent pets from digging into it.
With the fairly new stainless steel coffee maker and all of the many unopened cans of Maxwell House, I think I would've fixed myself a fresh hot pot! ...of course, I'm a diehard coffee drinker. ~oO(♫)Oo~
I like to leve comets but my English is not good, I am German olso went in the runes, and I many Bunkers.I like it so much, you are the best!!
Thank you, Ingo!
great video, from argentine :)
How sad to see all the farmland go by the wayside. same thing happened here in Methuen Mass.
Where is the abandoned mansion 2 video? I see one mansion video which is not that one
Can you imagine living there its a nice house but the noise from the traffic is horrible.
I wouldn't want to be the guy that delivered the pizza to this place!!
I heard it say hey creepy but good lol
I heard someone say "hey" 14mins into this video. Creepy
maby a passer- bye
OMG! I heard it too! 🧐
@@amandawhiting1986 yep 1405 u can barely hear it but its there right at the yellow bag part
True...if it was abandoned in 2010 why was there graffiti from 2009? O-O
vintagerosenz hmmmm...
Seems like it was a business. Possibly they provided coffee for the drivers, employees, etc.???
love this =)
About 13:50 there's 2 spider's run across the face of the clock in the box by the old phone
That is a very pretty house and i wish that i can buy it for a $1.00 from the city :-) LOL
I like the old phone at 14:00
That remote was for the little car that was still on the table. I was half ready to see you jump, if that little car actually had some juice left in it, when you messed around with the controls. Cheers!
I wonder if there was once farmland where that highway is.
Tiki did you hear the voice say 'hey" ? That was very weird!
At what timeline? I didn't hear anything when I played it back before uploading. That was some time ago, however.
Tiki, its at 14:04 in the video. Very strange indeed.
mykenwood830 I hear that. I think that's just me making an inhale/exhale or about to say something and didn't.
ok well it still sounds odd to me. :o I am looking forward to more of your videos ! Hope you have some more to be posted soon. Have fun and be safe in those abandoned homes! :)

Oh where is this
I assume the person who lived in this house was of German descent? cause Oma pretty much means grandmother in German
It was a framing business for many years
Why do people leave houses abandoned for?
+Eric Henry these are broken..
Just Because.
lol, the vandals are using the trash cans.
i heard that at 14:04 a whisper -hey-
What the heck is coffee WHITENER?!?
It's a coffee creamer in a powder form. Google it. :)
Lol, never heard it called THAT before! Thanks for straightening things our for me. :p
Everone is saying oma is dutch, but I thought it was German for grandma?
XxHalexBooBearxX it is for both Dutch and German
Hello i saw. A Ghost In that. Hous. Look your video The Ghost was. Behind the window
mountain rain.
Sad......
Yup that there house is gonna need more than paint and a bucket of "spacker"..
it looks like the former owner was dutch
Back room perfect for growing weed. Coffee cans that big hold a lot of dope while throwing sniffer dogs off. Deliveries to the back door, watch out for dog. Come on in have a beer while we cut a deal.
rterter eterterterte I like your name. How is it pronounced?
rterter eterterterte lol
FTP should mean F*** The P****
that house is in bad shape for only 2 years
how can be it be party place with no hydo lol
Hi. I'm a 22-year-old Hu. These cannot be move to, you move into the voluntary housing couple. for me the dream to live there, but there is no House money with my daughter was 2 years old. incline unto my aid thanks
I can see why its adandoend no one wants to live in nosiy road like that
