This is a very unique property that has some very attractive features. I appreciate the tour but would love your audio input accentuating the best features especially with a firsthand experience. The main reasons I wouldn’t purchase this home is because of my love of privacy and a large backyard. I know that is difficult in the Hollywood Hills where the view and proximity to the heart of Los Angeles are probably the most appealing factors. I look forward to more of your videos.
