that is the same problem i had since a few days ago in East server. Normal ping normal fps, but got pulled back as if i have 1000+ ping.

You can counter the cursed with a cleric cowl and cleric robe combo. Any time the E is about to hit you, use one or the other to negate the damage. Without their E you’ll out damage the cursed staff almost every time.
