47 years later, tourists are still running up the Rocky steps. My friends and I sat in my car one beautiful spring day recently for about 45 minutes and had a blast just watching all types of people, young & old & in-between, running up the stairs and many raising their arms above their heads jumping in joy when they reached the top of the steps. Loved every second of it! ....At the Philly Visitor Center, I asked a woman at the Information Center, "What is the most asked question you hear that visitors ask?"....Her answer was, "The #1 question visitors always ask is "Where is the Rocky statue and where are the Rocky steps?"....Second question is, " Where is the Liberty Bell?"...Pretty interesting!! 😀
