Mississippi Public Land Buck / Boat Ride Buck / Recovery

Public land hunting has caught a lot of attention the past few years. Hunting pressure and harvest rates are up. Dedication and drive are keys to being a successful public land hunter and Cody is certainly one of those guys.
Cody setup that morning ( hunting out of his tethrd tree saddle ) in a area he had scouted.
It didn’t take long and a doe come through not far behind was this buck. Cody made a great shot at 35yrds and the buck didn’t make it far.
