    Summary and Timestamps
The mechanism behind the unusual IGG 4 class in vaccinated individuals receiving repeated mRNA vaccinations for COVID-19 is proposed, and the idea that more vaccinations are better is flawed, as high doses of vaccines may not be ideal and different types of vaccines produce different antibodies that can affect their efficacy against diseases.
00:00 🧬 The mechanism behind the unusual IGG 4 class in vaccinated individuals receiving repeated mRNA vaccinations for COVID-19 is proposed in a review.
The authors of a review on unusual IGG for antibody switch in vaccinated individuals propose a mechanism for why the IGG 4 class is taking place specifically under repeated mRNA vaccinations for COVID-19.
01:27 🧬 Certain vaccines produce similar antibody class switches, and the idea that more vaccinations are better is flawed.
Unexpected findings show that certain vaccines, including HIV, malaria, and pertussis, have produced similar antibody class switches, and the concentration of antigen, number of vaccinations, and type of vaccine used may contribute to this event.
The lecture discusses the flawed thinking in the vaccination world that more is better, due to historical events resulting in poor outcomes.
03:52 💉 High doses of vaccines may not be ideal as they can cause immune system tolerance, cell death, exhaustion, and desensitization.
Higher doses of vaccines are not always preferred as high concentrations of antigen exposure can lead to immune system tolerance, cell death, exhaustion, and desensitization.
05:44 💉 Different types of vaccines produce different antibodies, which can affect their efficacy against diseases like HIV and malaria.
The number of vaccinations and the type of antibodies produced can affect the efficacy of vaccines, as seen in examples such as HIV and malaria vaccines.
Vaccines that target only one protein of the virus have resulted in the production of IGG4 antibodies, which was a surprise as other vaccines did not produce them.
08:28 💉 Vaccine design may need to be adjusted to prevent the development of slow-acting IGG antibodies in response to certain virus proteins.
The design of vaccines may need to be carefully considered in order to prevent the occurrence of IGG4 antibody class, which takes multiple months to develop and has been observed in response to certain virus proteins, according to a working hypothesis presented by the authors.
10:05 💉 Repeated mRNA vaccinations may lead to reduced immune response and potential problems with re-infection and chronic infection, while potential treatments for Igg4 antibody class switch recall were discussed.
The author discussed potential treatments for Igg4 antibody class switch recall and the consequences of having this class switch.
Re-infection, chronic infection, and reduced immune response are potential problems with repeated mRNA vaccinations.
12:16 🚨 Increased IGG4 antibodies can cause autoimmune diseases, including myocarditis, and overuse can exhaust the immune system.
Increased buildup of IGG4 antibodies may lead to autoimmune diseases, including potentially autoimmune myocarditis, and repeated dosing can result in immune system exhaustion.

about the time of intro to autism is when experienced personnel were being replaced to lesser trained med techs who were not made aware of the risks of improper use of drugs

If the stories from embalmers is true then we have a serious long term problem. If what is happening in the blood is Cryoglobulinemia then i cannot see our excess mortality figures going down for a long time. Incredibly sad and criminal state of affairs. It should also be noted that Cryoglobulinemia has higher association in people with HIV and malaria. Keep digging and appreciate your research.

You can repair the immune system damage with a little extended fasting. But no, if you do nothing you will be WIDE OPEN to cancer and autoimmune issues, and both of these seem to be going wild. Some benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting.
      Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time.
      Fasting increases nitric oxide release.
Fasting restores NAD+ to healthy levels.
Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy.
Telomeres are lengthened and fasting also increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors.
Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body.
Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. It will also remove any 'foreign material' that is not supposed to be there.
Reflexes and short term memory are increased.
Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release!
After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies, rejuvenating your entire immune system.
Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures.
Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system in a similar way to CBD oil.
Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer.
Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting.
Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus.
When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state.
What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting.
Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS.
The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again!
Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose.
Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells
Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body.
When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with.
It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention!
Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers.
In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting.
Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level.
When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them.
A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs.
Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia.
Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice.

Oddly enough the igg4 levels in the pertussis studies rose most in pregnant women. That is why they suggest to not vaccinate during pregnancy as you'd get a less robust immune response - interesting about the autism, of course it can reach the placenta and who knows what happens.

The autism / vaccination claim was debunked decades ago. There are many causes possible causes of autism (increase). There have been massive changes in the environment. Autism is now being diagnosed while in the past it was not. Being a teacher, we used to think students were just slow but now with more testing we know that autism is the cause due to parents looking for causes for their children's problems (i.e. doing extensive testing).

You do realise not all research in medicine is funded by big pharma (by the way I am not a fan of big pharma but I am pro vaccine). Please provide evidence that "number of jabs a child gets by age of one is extreme. by 18 ridiculous.". There no evidence. The evidence is clear that overall vaccination are of significant benefit. With the covid-19 vaccines, we are extremely lucky that Omicron is not as lethal as earlier variants! "can it be proven that they CANT be responsible?". Just a soem knowwldge about science. Have you looked into how energy is generated by the body? i e, Kreps cycle, etc.
Mainstream doctors don't know much regarding CFS in reality. They just don't ever say that to you. If you want something done right, do it yourself. A strong immune system plus proper absorption of adequate nutrients is the winning formula. When you get a hindrance in any of these areas, the furnace starts to die down. Pathogens, parasites and inadequate nutrition are all possible factors (and co-factors) for a slowed metabolism. I had mould in my building and gradually I had less and less energy...etc. hope that helps. Ciao

If so- would treatment with steroids or even rituximab be useful in the treatment of severe autism?? I am just posing the question and could be right off the mark. I’m sure there is so much else going on but who knows. Does autistic behaviour modify temporarily in any way when these kids are given a course of prednisone for their asthma or croup etc?

I’m sure our great minds are onto it 👍🏻. Perhaps actively treating the mother to improve her gut flora before the birth may have long-term benefits for her baby. I’ll leave it there. Currently ending a 20 day extended stay location isolation in 1 day (Health Dept. managed, with a death count of 5 locally in one downloaded Thurston County, WA pdf). My case counts at the county level, but does not count at the CDC/State level because of the type of test. Walgreens quit testing at their drive thru. Continued upper lung damage documented by my separated breathing tests (upper vs lower), upper 95-97, lower lung breaths 10x = 100-99. I concentrated on mouth breathing this whole time to not infect my lungs over and over again with every nose breath and I used a fitness neoprene band to keep my lower lungs from moving excessively and getting infected (binding, like when I had TB in AK). My COVID tests were very, very positive for a while this time, beginning the 8th of this month, and they continued positive for more than 10 days - with a low Sp02 of 88 and a high temp of 102.3. Supplements only treatment this time instead of protocol and - again - no hospitalization or jibs! My COVID internal medicine doc is on my list to contact. My university doc left during COVID. What a mess... At least there is no state employee jib mandate anymore - making it better for those of us that need to be employment application happy! Have an awesome day everyone! I survived! This is interesting re: the 3 findings, especially the point about the higher doses of antigen can lead to problems
Chris Martenson at Peak Prosperity did a video on certain vaccine batches that had a higher rate of death associated with them
The vaccine needs to be carefully administered, the instructions say to gently tip it side to side 10 times before drawing the amount and administering, or you risk getting the wrong concentration, either none or too much.
It needs to be researched how those administering the vaccine did so
If they shock it up like you do with normal vaccines then who knows how much was administered

This is just one of many things that need to be tightened up, well documented, etc. This also needs to include manufacturing quality control which Sasha Latypova claims has been very poor, with findings of plasmids, heavy metals, and other odd substances in the vials that have been tested and looked at microscopically. Temperature control and shelf life are other things that might have changed or were relaxed that might impact injection safety and efficacy. Also, aspirating during injection should be standard, yes?

Why does it effect the heart, why there? What and how does the heart have a connection to immunity? The heart just distributes blood evenly? Why would a germ or a toxin to the whole body be worse for the heart, heart attacks? Blood clots in the heart. Why not the leg why not other organs but the main organ of the body the center of the body is impacted the most. Placement in the body where to insert an immunity where to ingest or how to ingest a possible healing? Could this be the whole answer. Why in the arm, why shots in one place, like acupuncture Why not do it to the heart or what about many injects over the body? What if this is the KEY? Placement ..but you look at it as a dose amount when that is not the framework, does would not matter or how many times would not count or matter if perhaps the cure or therapy or remedy were to be to the whole body all at once, not starting in one place and moving out into the body but instead, it goes to the heart first or under the tongue first or it is a scan of light or color that hits the whole body all at once, what if when we give shots into the arm, that it then is a dominoes effect and has to register in a linear pathway and does not compute and can not really comprehend properly? This is why the women's cycles is not just a cycle in one organ, but takes place throughout the whole body and in line with the moon. This would mean that it is not the amount of doses but at what time, for example ..a full dose say under the tongue and repeated each day then stop one day then one more. Letting the body learn what it is by taking it away on the 3rd day for example then after one day rest, do six days in a row then one day rest, or what it is the MOON, on a new moon an injection with work and no other time. Can we really look so closely and not integrate these other systems?

How does one go about finding a Dr or clinical study for my husband who has IgGr? He was diagnosed in South FL, and received a bile duct stent in the midst of a very bad flare. It seems now, the array of symptoms and illness he has had the last two years were all chasing inflammation from igG4 (salivary glands, pancreas, upper respiratory, ‘asthma’ and prostrate. He has had two Covid vaccines, early on, and had Covid June 2022. All of the above health issues have happened in the two years since.

I'm curious as to the fever aspect of the situation with the virus . One we know that salt promotes inflammation therefore also must be part of this unbalanced provoked immunity released. If by furthering the understanding of salts and temperature, the physiology response would be clearly different viewing. Take fish and there environment. They have higher white cells and the cold is predominant compared to our environment. The fact that we melt snow with one type and freeze ice cream with another might bring on a biological mystery . That means the nitrates which also maintain heat I believe are being affected . That might trigger white cells production...if we were a fish it could be fine..

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  Рік тому +1

The connection between fever and the virus is a fascinating aspect to explore. Salt, known to promote inflammation, may also play a role in the imbalanced immune response observed. By delving deeper into the relationship between salts, temperature, and physiological responses, we can uncover a clearer understanding of the mechanisms at play. Comparing the environment of fish, where cold temperatures prevail and higher white cell counts are observed, to our own environment sheds light on the intriguing biological mysteries at hand. Furthermore, exploring the impact of nitrates, which help maintain heat, on white cell production adds another layer to this complex puzzle. By examining these factors, we can gain valuable insights into the interplay between fever, immune response, and environmental influences.

Im not sure if this is related Iv had 2 doses of phizer. soon after the second dose I caught covid. I didnt get very sick hardly noticable actually. The problem was I ended up feeling tired all the time, pots (dizzy when I stood up) fast foward 3 or or 4 months of misery I caught covid again. I got really sick this time for about 3 weeks in total. The interesting thing was that after I recovered I was back to normal not tired no pots and I started gaining weight back to my normal healthy level. Its like my immune system had a reset once I had been exposed to the whole virus. Not sure if this ties in with IG4 or not but it was very strange. Definitly wont be getting a booster thats for certain.

Each person's immune response to COVID-19 can vary, and it's possible that your immune system had a different reaction to the virus the second time around. Recovery from a viral infection can sometimes lead to a reset of the immune system and a return to normal health. However, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional who can provide a thorough evaluation and guidance based on your specific situation.

He also gave antibodics and she lived and was the first person to survive.

    • @stultuses
      @stultuses Рік тому +1

      igg4 is immunoglobulin g4
It's part of the immune response system, I believe it's part of how the body controls an inflammatory response.
It seems the vaccine interferes with this response which may be why vaccinated people now get worse outcomes from covid infections later even though the virus is less virulent
Google that term and find out more in case I've misunderstood igg4 in my readings

My understanding is that lgG4 is the initial immune response to infection. It then alerts the second response to activate with the killer T cells. However, the lgG4 goes rampant and remains activated, blocking the response from the secondary response, and then this abundance of lgG4 causes inflammation. Inflammation is bad and it can concentrate in particular areas, such as heart, reproductive systems, etc. Please note, l do get confused... 😊
