This is the hardest Christmas ever. It's almost impossible to pretend to be happy since my mom passed away last year exactly one week before Christmas.
I’m sorry I went through the same thing my dad passed away on Christmas Eve morning and my late mother’s birthday was on Christmas Day so it was a lot to swallow on two beautiful days

Coffee is hard on the stomach too. I switched to low acid coffee and that helped a lot.
