A brand does not have to sell products or services. There have been strong brands in the non-profit space such as "Rock The Vote", and "Vote or Die". In these brands instead of selling something, there was a call to action.

My goodness people think broader! Erin's intention was most likely to focus in a specific area, but the concept of branding in and of itself is much broader. I know this from working in the non-profit space for over twenty years. And that's the facts!

As a new business owner, I find this video extremely helpful. I am doing much of the back end work, but it is good to know that I should have a clear distinction between my brand and my business. I think that because I have allowed them to coexist as one thus far, I need to be mindful of making some separation moving forward. Thanks for the awesome video.

Yes! When I started my first business I wasn't clear on the difference. I kept saying I'm building my brand but I was building a business. I had to go back and build my brand and that actually elevated my business.
If it wasn’t for the #eBrandClub then I would think that I was only a UA-cam channel… now, Heyyy HR! Is a business! I feel the same way about taking calls so I’m definitely working on other scalable & sustainable options
