Hello young lady well, it’s never too late to discover tofu. I’m 71 yo and started including tofu in my diet (my wife isn’t interested in eating tofu -it’s her loss) and your channel is very helpful. Your meals look so good and I’ve expanded my food and spice supplies to make these dishes. Avoiding carbs is essential so I use cauliflower rice and bonsai pasta as substitutes. If you have any suggestions how to avoid carbs let me know. Meanwhile keep cranking out these videos!

You might win my 12 yr olds heart with the buffalo sandwich he is obsessed with franks at the moment. I will be trying all these recipes. I usually use heart of palm for my vegan crab meat in sushi but tofu will def be cheaper and still yummy thanks!

It hasn't been filmed in Portrait mode if Rose used a mobile/cell phone to film because my videos are like that if I use my mobile/cell phone without my tripod so using a tripod would fix it.

@@CheapLazyVegan I will say it made it a bit harder to watch on my phone. It made it even smaller. Having said that, I still watch the entire video and felt it was OK.
@@veggielovinaccountantthere should be an option on the phone to make it “full screen” and it actually looks bigger than the regular dimention

I know you probably do, but do you have a video on grocery shopping or a printable resource with your kitchen staples. I feel like the hardest part is never eating or cooking vegan food but I just don't know where to start to make these dishes without having to run to the store every day because I don't have something
