@@SteffyRodriguezAgredo I had the same problem lol my advice: Dig all your flowers and put them on the beach then get rid of many you probably won’t need example you have 1000 white tulips get rid of some :)
One thing I noticed on the HHP trailer is that some bushes were planted on the beach, hopefully we can plant them in the sand now and not just for the terrains at the archipelago... (I'm aware you can plant bushes' starts in the sand but they won't grow anyway...)
i used to feel like the acnh community (NOT REFERRING TO EVERYONE) was ungrateful for updates before the 2.0 one. but now i realize they are like a younger sibling, once they get what they want they appreciate the little things, like trees. i didn’t know how much the acnh community loved trees.
it appears as though we're going to be getting lemon trees at least (as they are seen in the direct trailer and in many dishes) so i'm holding out hope that we may get other fruits as well!!!
I'm really excited for the dead tree/ undecorated holiday tree. I like the idea of switching out the regular version and the holiday versions throughout the year so it feels like it's decorating a tree that's already there and not a tree that's only there sometimes
I'm so hyped for cacti because my island is very Utah/Nevada/Colorado inspired. Basically Midwest where I grew up. Cacti will literally be the cherry on top for me!!

Bob's gang! Definitely looking forward to the glow-in-the-dark weeds, I think they'll be a perfect addition to the enchanted forest section of my island. That Japanese pine tree looks pretty cool too.
I'm so happy for new trees bc I honestly hate the standard tree design. It is literally a cylinder with 3 spheres on top. I know AC is not supposed to be realistic but I wish the trees were a bit or at least some variation in the shape. Plumerias aren't even a bush, they could have made it a tree 😭 okay now im complaining but im still so happy for this update
I get your perspective on the trees, but also watch out cuz OG Animal Crossing fans might come after you for that opinion lol. And also if we look at all the previous AC games, I think *most* people would agree that New Horizons’ graphics honestly look a thousand times better so yeah lol. But I do get your point.
@@dyzzolve I know lol. This is my first AC game and I went into it thinking it was just like the sims and boy was I disappointed so I just took it how it is. But the trees have always upset me from day one 😂 it’s a little too generic

Shino's tree is called a Japanese black pine. They're the typical species of pine tree that is used for bonsais, but they can be allowed to grow large like that and just like bonsai, they can be staked and encouraged to grow into all kinds of shapes.
I really want to believe there's going to be new fruit in time for the harvest season! People have pointed out lemon model trees, and I want to point out how the grapes are modeled so well, so adding fruit from the app wouldn't be too far off the table for Nintendo to implement. *Excited for fruit salad, yummy yummy
After adding Northern or Southern Hemisphere in this game... With the addition of these trees I hope they let us pick an environment/biome/terrain in whatever game comes next. I'd love to see what people do and have each town be even more personalized.
@@radioactivevolt I can see that. It wouldn't surprise me if they didn't, but I never would've expected terraforming either. Guess we'll just have to see what they do next.

I've been wanting to clear it and overhaul it for a while. I wish the designer interface we have access to inside homes was available for outside. I have so many flowers on my island, it's going to take forever to clear them!
Can confirm, you can get the Plumeria bushes(?) from Leif. I found them at Harv's the day after the update hit since I funded his shop first and shopped there second day. Also, you can get crops there, but only two types at random, as he stated in another video.
Omg! I just reset my island and I'm doing a Let's Play here on UA-cam. I am aiming for a farmcore/natural forest eventually but this completely changes the game! There's so many possibilities and new areas from this!!
Thanks for the great video! Honestly I hadn't noticed there were going to be so many new trees, love the baobab and cactus trees, finally some variety to decorate my beach
these videos are really helping me pass the days before the update and feel like im experiencing more content T T i hope your halloween is/was amazing! you and mayor mori, between the two of you, i can barely contain all the hype UwU
Girl I love trees so much when I saw the baobab trees I flipped Also I won't even be using the permanent ladders if we can put vines and climb them I'm so excited
Honestly agree, same with the trees, one thing I always hated about games is the fact they lock awesome gear, tools, weapons, etc to NPCS or specific places (Or for AC, they probably just only allow the trees on some of these island and we won't able to use them). Games like Skyrim or Fallout can be modded to the point you can use whatever. Saadly Animal Crossing doesn't have that feature, so we might be a little disappointed about unable to use some of it for our own island
I need those vines for my "Stranger Things" island! I wonder how quickly some of these updates will show up...or if they'll be released more gradually...
I really want birch trees! they would be thinner than regular tree kind of like bamboo. also the unique plants in the bug exhibit in the museum would look so nice around the island. I am a little disappointed that many of the plants we are getting are items instead of actual plants that grow but I guess at least we will be able to put them on half tiles. I also want to be able to take the potted plants out of their pots so it looks like they are growing out of the ground! maybe as a customisation feature?
Yes! New plants! I want to do a jungle island on summer and with all the new stuff I can make an amazing jungle! Also: The pine tree in Shino's house looks like an Juniperus pine tree, an japanese pine tree. I think it's the exactly model of the bonsai pine tree in game
Look at the grass on 7:00 it's square shaped instead of triangle. If the updates comes out maybe we have the options to choose the shape shape along with the white cliffs.
I’m fairly certain that the grass and white cliffs go hand in hand If it was a thing you’d have square grass with white cliff/ground I believe it’s to make the new islands feel more tropical and “different”
A question I’ve been wanting to ask is what do y’all think the future of animal crossing is after new horizons? I love this game just as I have loved games in the past but am struggling to think of what Nintendo could do to further this series after how amazing new horizons is
I think about this a lot and sometimes I can't help but feel sad because it would suck if this is as good as it gets. I used to feel the same way after New Leaf. I would think, "What could possibly come after this? There's nothing better than being mayor." I still feel like there's nothing better than being mayor lol but Nintendo found a way to expand the series, so I'm sure they'll think of something for whatever comes next. I'm kind of hoping that we get a REAL city-based game to give us what City Folk couldn't. Like maybe we live in an apartment building and turn the area around us into a bustling town
@@teashoptamer I would love a city based game! We’ve done rural for so long that a transition to a more urban setting would be wicked cool! Bring back Gracie Grace and the movie theater and the club
@Nikasaturn I love that but I feel like that’ll hedge too close to Stardew with the different farm types , especially now that farming has been introduced
Plumeria was mentioned in either one or Mayor Mori videos about dataminers discussing possible new contents. I like possibilities of more trees and plants to make mini gardens around Villagers homes. I have a feeling some of the items only available on HHP DLC.Won't know till this Friday. Bob's gang.

That “some kind of winter tree” is a bonsai tree. It’s not a winter tree, it’s a Japanese tree. They come in all sizes. This one happens to be very large.

@@SteffyRodriguezAgredo I had the same problem lol my advice: Dig all your flowers and put them on the beach then get rid of many you probably won’t need example you have 1000 white tulips get rid of some :)
@@corallynx4092 oh girl my beach has been full of flowers 🤣 I mostly have hybrids laying around everywhere
One thing I noticed on the HHP trailer is that some bushes were planted on the beach, hopefully we can plant them in the sand now and not just for the terrains at the archipelago... (I'm aware you can plant bushes' starts in the sand but they won't grow anyway...)
Bobs gang and f for the driftwood. Thanks for the video, I didn't realise there were more than the giant bonsai and a couple of the bushes!
That’s perfect!! Because of the update I decided to rebuild my island into a city and these new trees would fit soooo much on it!! 💕
Those are indeed fiddleheads, they grow everywhere where I live so I know them when I see them
The desert island is so cool with the cacti. Like those are so dope
i used to feel like the acnh community (NOT REFERRING TO EVERYONE) was ungrateful for updates before the 2.0 one. but now i realize they are like a younger sibling, once they get what they want they appreciate the little things, like trees. i didn’t know how much the acnh community loved trees.
2:14
That's a bonsai tree, I think.
it appears as though we're going to be getting lemon trees at least (as they are seen in the direct trailer and in many dishes) so i'm holding out hope that we may get other fruits as well!!!
Perfect fruit please nintendo
I have never been so pleased but utterly disappointed at the same time
Also I’ve been lied to
I'm really excited for the dead tree/ undecorated holiday tree.
Omg, Designs are like flying over my head. I'm so excited and I've been collecting nook miles like crazy that I now have over 1mill nooks miles. I never really used them since I started and I am very stingy with them,so now I get to use them. I heard we need like 86,000 or 89,000 in total for all the new items. I can't wait for Nov 5th. Love your channel ❤ 💕 ♥
89 THOUSAND!!? heck... 💀
@@doot08 dont worry, its only 19k for the core features, 80k+ for one of everything
But the trees have always upset me from day one 😂 it’s a little too generic
these look pretty amazing ngl also thanks for all the amazing videos crossing channel! also who else was here within an hour of the video being released?
Love the drift wood!! Beach work coming! Yay
I have different parts of my island as different parts of the counrty so i am so excited!!
I do wonder if we can decorate cliffs now since we have the vines and permanent ladders?
I have an arboretum on my island and these new plants alone have me excited
Shino's tree is called a Japanese black pine. They're the typical species of pine tree that is used for bonsais, but they can be allowed to grow large like that and just like bonsai, they can be staked and encouraged to grow into all kinds of shapes.
Bonsai trees are a thing now, been looking forward to bigger Bonsai tree's to be added
Yummy yummy yummy yummy ✨fruit salad✨
Yummy yumMmy.. yummy yumnmy.. Fruit SA! LADE !
I want new fruit so badly, it was the only thing on the list that didn’t get mentioned on the direct haha
@@ferchsakura maybe its the "and more" portion of the direct? That would be great!
Bob's Gang!
Very keen eye spotting all of those new types of trees. I'm still trying to think about what I want to do to my island after the update.
I need the cacti to have lights at Christmas like the cedar trees!
I know it's more of a cold climate tree, but I would've loved blue spruces!
Girl I love trees so much when I saw the baobab trees I flipped
Also I won't even be using the permanent ladders if we can put vines and climb them I'm so excited
So excited for the update, it’s getting super close now.
I honestly don't think half of the furniture we see in the dlc will actually be usable on our island.
I'd like to see more bonsai. I love the Japanese pine though. And the Baobobs!
I need those vines for my "Stranger Things" island! I wonder how quickly some of these updates will show up...or if they'll be released more gradually...
Do you mean the updates in the direct? Because they are all for the update on friday🤔? If not then sure😅
I’m fairly certain that the grass and white cliffs go hand in hand
If it was a thing you’d have square grass with white cliff/ground
I believe it’s to make the new islands feel more tropical and “different”
6:24 oh the Plumeria bush that Ninji found on april last year.
the unkown tree looks like an oversized yamadori juniper, the type of tree used to make bonsai in japan.
Gyroid + Cactus = Cactuar 🌵
I've been changing/clearing parts of my island in preparation! I can't wait.
There is so much in this update that I have watched that entire video at least like 9 times and I’m still finding new stuff
I hope these new trees can be used on our island and are not just set dressing for the HHP. Guess we'll know this week!
Plumeria was mentioned in either one or Mayor Mori videos about dataminers discussing possible new contents. I like possibilities of more trees and plants to make mini gardens around Villagers homes. I have a feeling some of the items only available on HHP DLC.Won't know till this Friday. Bob's gang.
The bonsai tree is everything 😍
It feels kinda funny being hyped for virtual trees
0:35 should’ve said “let’s *seed* what’s first”
Drift wood is perfect for swampcore or beach decorations
Hi crossing channel.a few months ago,you or mayor mori made a video about plumeria bushes being datemined and they actually CAME!!
Can’t believe there’s 4 days until the new update
5 days left!! don’t forget to pre-order the happy home paradise DLC!!
I definitely wasn't stalking the eshop on the 29th waiting for it to become available...
Good video Bob's gang. Well it just gets sweeter with the different reveals. I love trees in real life and now the added trees in NH will be so much sweeter. The miniature, but now larger, Japanese tree is awesome. I will be having those for sure. Thanks for the update and best regards from beautiful Wisconsin USA 💖🇬🇧💖🇺🇸💖
That “some kind of winter tree” is a bonsai tree. It’s not a winter tree, it’s a Japanese tree. They come in all sizes. This one happens to be very large.
I'm loving the bonsai and the glow in the dark weeds. I'm looking forward to all of it. Bob's Gang!
Any confirmation on this being on our island and not just part of happy home?
I have the animal crossing guide book, I am desperate for them to release a second one that’s completely up to date with all new items, the holidays, seasonal items and all the new NPCs. It would sell really well and I would love to have it to reminisce on what I have to look forward to and what to collect (even smaller holidays like May Day) and with all the new activities in game: dream islands, swimming, farming, gyroids, bushes, other plants, the roost, the art work etc
Thank you for all of your hard work! Can’t wait for the update 🥳
7:36 also these coconut trees are in the grass istead of the beach/sand.
Fingers crossed for Lemon trees 😭 I was so sad when I realized they weren’t in this game!!
I love pretty much all of them, I love plants! I am really excited for the baobab tree, I can finally hide a Little Prince hommage on my island. :)
