To anyone with this problem: I suggest you remove both diodes and substitute with a single bigger Schottky diode. In my case I used a double parallel diode all in one package (common cathode). The problem here is that those diode are in parallel but not integrated on the same substrate. This is not suggested because current hogging might occur (one heats up more than the other, but being a silicon junction more heat means more current, so it's going to steal all the current, die, and if dies opening instead of closing then the other will die as well, because now it's alone conducting all the current). And for sure I wouldn't put two different diodes in parallel, because being different they already split the current differently from the start, so it's easier that this problem happens again. Now, I'm not completely sure that current hogging is the reason gathering us here, because these diodes are rated for 100V 5A... but it's very weird to me that we all have the same problem. If you want to still put two diodes in parallel, at least buy two "identical" equivalent, like SK510 (Schottky 100V, 5A max, 0.85V drop at 5A like the original, and same dimensions)
io li ho sostituiti con due br5100 - durato pochi mesi ed ora non funziona più - rimessi altri due nuovi ma non va... la rtd2513ar si surriscalda tantissimo appena alimento il circuito... penso che il progetto di questa scheda si partito male...
Thank you very much, you have saved my life, I thank you very much, please continue uploading this content that you are very good. Love you from Argentina 💟💟💟
First soldered in normal diodes 4x1N4004 after a very short time dismantled accidentally ordered 2xSB5100 installed and runs must be Schottky diodes but very good tip!!!
please explain the beep meaning. Minute 1:59 they beep "2 capacitors-they are not reading well" But previously, min1:22 the fuse Beeped and you said "the fuse is ok"
Hi sir i need ur help, where to buy ur replacement chip? Or what u called that. Im suffering the same problem. I hope you will give information to contact you☹️
All diode have numbers if you don't have the same number you can find the higher one to replace the one you take out but don't replace it with lower number
Bei mir war die untere Diode defekt. Hab sie mit Heissluft ausgelötet. Jetzt funktioniert der Monitor nur mit einer Diode. Das schwierigste war den Monitor aufzumachen.

interesting info, do you have an example of a suitable replacement triode?
" le sugiero que quite ambos diodos y los sustituya por un solo diodo Schottky más grande" ¿Cual seria su nomenclatura o modelo?

Thank you for posting the video💯, I had the same issue with my Philips 271V8 and I have been able to successfully repair it.
funziona ancora?
great detailed video thanks, I also had the same issue and the exact cause of burnt Diod as shown in this. clip
I swap both with SR5100 diode... And BAM Alhamdulillah and thanks to you too my friend 🙏❤️🙏
Omg... Many thanks 🙏🙏🙏
Love you from Indonesia, have the same problem 👍👍👍

Can you give more detail how to open this monitore

Testing continuity
Hello from Russia!! Thanks you bro!
Bravo 👍💪👏👏👏
👍
Brother, what are the details of the diode? I want to replace the one in my board with the same problem please
did you end up figuring it out?
bruh what diode can be used to replace?
Great video
I'll have to come learn from you.
ok
🙏Same monitor, same problem, thanks for solution
Perfect Tanks!
You welcome

You can buy from pudu KL or you can find old motherboard and take from there
I have same problem... can u give the number of diode. Tq
diode sr5200 or sr5100. please

Yes to opening
Thank you. I'm putting SR560 . Ok
