Bravissima !!! ... going technical and stylistic there is actually a "finger picking" pattern on the original piano part, quite similar to "martha my dear" but nevertheless what a wonderful rendition !!!
That picking hand is just explosive. And she can sing like a siren. A bounty of talent. Love her.

I love this song and this singer.
Molly's guitar playing is obviously outrageous but I think her singing doesn't get the recognition it deserves. Beautiful tone and phrasing. She's absolutely stunning!

Wow. I can remember fifteen or probably more years ago I would download fiddle music tabs off her dad, Jack Tuttle’s renditions of traditional music from his website. And I found Jack Tuttle and his cute family back then doing bluegrass music on UA-cam. Little did I know back then that this little girl would would grow up to be such an amazing talented star. Actually, I may have suspected it.

It's a special feeling listening to somebody who is so good you know that even if you spent every waking hour the rest of your life practicing, you would still not be able to reach their level.
I will keep playing anyway, and have fun with how far I can take it.

I started seriously playing guitar after finishing six years of chemo for the incurable cancer (Myelodysplastic Syndrome) I received as a "gift" from the Marine Corps after being exposed to Agent Orange during one of our many wars many decades ago. I always wanted to learn how to play "She's a Rainbow" and after studying how you play I will certainly have a better grasp of it. 1st time the algorithm connected me to Molly. I know nothing about her except this video. As soon as I heard her flat picking adaptation of the original record's piano introduction, I knew she deserved to be famous. I hope she is or will be. BTW, I wasn't disappointed by her singing. It's every bit as good as her guitar introduction.
I highly recommend her "white freightliner" tune, not sure if it is hers or a cover but she completely owns it, what a guitarist!

Saw her play this live last night in Hattiesburg, MS. She was great holding her own, as the opening act, as well as playing/singing along with the Old Crow Medicine Show’s set. Great night with great music

What an incredible rendition of this song. The guitar work is out of this world as usual, the vocals so sweet and powerful. But what fascinated most was the contrast of you performing bald while singing "She comes in colors everywhere she combs her hair". Astonishing.
