New goal: Take over one of those fantastic mansions just south of the current base. Probably wait until after the Helicopter Event to move.
Still need the rest of the books, a sledgehammer, antique stove, and more tools.

How are u not losing life while encumbered?

When you get heavily encumbered, you lose life down to 75/100, and then it stops. You can't go lower than 75/100 from heavy encumbrance.

Didn’t know that! And u can’t get a broken bone or something while heavily encumbered?

@@martinjure4187 Correct, you don't risk any specific injury from over encumbrance - just the 25 health points.
