I was a 45kgs skinny guy, who just wanted to gain some weight as I was tried of the way I looked and wanted to Change things. But in my initial 5 months of training I only gained 2 kgs which was pretty frustrating and throughout my journey I made some more mistakes, which could have been easily Avoided. But, I don't want you guys to go through the same mistakes!

Iss hisab se tujhe 100gm protein maximum lena chahiye. But, abhi tu starting phase me hai to tujhe 1gm/per kg weight ke hisab se protein lena padega nhi to isse tera stomach kharab ( pet garam ) ho sakta hai
Mera weight bhi 50 tha jab maine start kiya tha aur abhi main 1.75gm/ per kg weight protein leta hu without protein powder
Aur abhi mera weight 53 kg hai maine 3 months me 3kg muscle gain kiya hai ( not fat )
Mera bhi same hai 1.6-1.8 gm/kg of bodyweight lene se beginning mein hi achhe results dekh ne ki milte ha

Mass gainer is not good..Buy whey protein only..Add banana, oats etc to make it a home made gainer
Bhai If I recommend I'm 5'12 and my weight is 65kgs and have fat so for that reason I have researched a lot and found that we should shred our body and completely loose our fats as it will be easy for us at this stage rather than other. After shredding we should bulk with high protien intake by which our muscles will increase
I want to join a gym but i have no idea bout the fees and trainers there... When I read the reviews of the nearest gyms,,, they had problems with trainers and equipmentms... So should I stop worrying bout trainers and just join it?
