I love infinite warfare's presentations, mostly because they don't feel like they're showcasing an operator, but a set of products instead like a tech company would
Given the story of the game, I like to view it as the companies of earth offering up the latest products to help turn the tide earth’s favor, for a price.

For all the cods that have specialists/operators to choose from, i feel that infinite did the best to define which one does what.
If you like run and gun and rushing people: Warfighter
Tanky with heavier weapon choices: Merc
Area denial and protecting obj: Stryker
In your face and flanking: Synaptic
Strategic af and being hard to predict: FTL
Long range and stleath: Phantom
The other cods don't have super defined roles for each specialist/ops. Bo3 started it but wasn't refined as each specialist had varying abilities and weapons but in bo4 they had more defined roles but not to the extent of IW where you can really customize them for specific playstyles.

JuustoMakkara06 or the campaign’s main squad had all of the operators in a team, like on the SAS missions, you’d have ghost, price, gaz, otter, Thorne, and charly as a squad that did missions together and you’d have like 3-5 missions for each faction

Most of the campaign missions for the non-space Call of Duty missions draw inspiration from real life military operations, like the invasion of X middle eastern nation by the marines in CoD 4 Modern Warfare being heavily based on both the real Operation Iraqi Freedom and Black Hawk Down or the Embassy mission from Modern Warfare being based on multiple US Embassy sieges IRL.
The CoD writers basically see these headlines and reports of military operations and crank the intensity and cinematics to 11. lol

@Big Brained Cat Battery gets tested on, killed then brought back to life, to try and make her a super human, and so she’s been having nightmares/hallucinations about it which is what that cutscene was about

If you listen to the secret voice line back story's in bo3 he talks about how his house randomly caught fire and his dad "sadly" died he was known to the world as a man who killed many as he killed a shit ton of people
I love on WARCOM that on Ronins part, he just goes sick with the knife moves. And then in comes Wyatt, where he just raises it up, stares at it, and then smiles at us.

They're technically less advanced
Ruin, Prophet, Ghost , Price, Phantom and FTL will be my favorite, but I wish CODM adds the original voices of those specialists for more fun

The fact that they brought James C Burnes back to do voice overs for operator introductions in BO4 and not for the actual Campaign in Cold War bothers me to no end
