Just a couple years later a world war would be fought and 10 years later there would be all the off road vehicles anyone needed. I cant imagine doing that off roading with 2WD cars. So today it is not PC to dig up dead Indians. I remember seeing skeletons on display in GA that were thousands of years old. Did anyone see the swastikas on the Indian rug? I saw one on a family horse blanket that was way older than the Nazis in some of my mother's stuff. Overall it looks like a fun adventure
If you look again at the swastikas you'll see they are reversed from Hitler's. Before Hitler the reversed was the way they were drawn and it was considered a good luck charm. The AZ Highway Dept had them on some of their paperwork back in the 30's. I'm sure many others did too. I'm not certain but it may have originated with one of the Indian tribes as it is the kind of geometric pictorial often seen in their artwork and petroglyphs.
Back when 2WD and Motivation was plenty for offroading.
It sure was! Thanks for watching!
The Little Big Horn was just 60 years earlier! 1876
That's crazy to think about! Thanks for watching!
My mom was 6 years old when this occurred.
Wow! Thanks for watching!
Back when vehicles were built sturdy. No fancy 4wd and giant tires needed then.
Exactly! Thanks for watching!
I fail to see the beauty in all the dead bones, and the utensils of those who died.
I understand how you feel. Thanks for watching!
