For everyone thats asking...
Its sublimation, looks like a converted Et-2850. The image is printed using special ink in reverse(mirrored). It is wrapped around the mug and tapped in place to assure it dont move and is snug against the porcelain. Then it is heated to about 380-400 degrees for approx. 30-40 seconds then remove the paper and your work is now forever in the mug.

@@SaraMustafa-gc8co it's a converted Epson inkjet printer. No inkjet ink has been put in the machine. They swapped ink to specialty ink when they purchased the printer and installed the special ink when setting up for the first time out of the box.

Hi may i know how you set your printer to print from the top of the paper? Mine is printing from the middle of the A4 paper.. i feel I’m wasting the paper. What size did you put pls?

You really should put a couple more pieces of paper around the mug. Ink can bleed through and mess up your mug press
I came to say the same thing. I'm so careful & protective of all my equipment. You may not see the blowout right away but it's always there & will eventually start staining you mug press. It may even transfer to other projects.

it looks like a standard british size mug (250 ml) which is roughly 8 1/2 us FLoz
I use the 15 oz at Walmart sublimate blank mugs
I've pressed 10 oz, 11oz, 12oz & 15oz mugs in this. I also press the tall 20oz straight tumblers in it as well.

You're supposed to use sublimation paper but I've used plain printer paper in a pinch & it worked. The colors were just a bit lighter than when I used sublimation paper but it did work. However if you make something to sell id recommend using sublimation paper every time.

The Cricut Mug Heat Press runs aroumd.$199 (Amazon) on sale mayne $170. But I have seen Walmart sell them for $130.
I have one & it works perfectly! But I bought mine on FB Marketplace for $50 brand new, unopened.😊
