Saw your video on Tic tok putting dentures in a press. Hell my bottom temp denture broke in half, just butting pressure on both ends pushing inwards while cleaning them.
Many of the materials we use are sold to professionals only, I don’t recommend fixing it yourself as it may throw things outta whack and then it’s hard to find a lab willing to fix the fix. That my advice.
Alex, I just made an upper denture, and it fits perfectly. But all the teeth came out. I used cold cure acrylic. Should I use the same acrylic to attach the teeth. Wet the spot and sprinkle powder, then put tooth in. ??? Help please...
All the teeth?? How did you process a whole denture with cold cure? But to answer the question, yeah you should use cold cure for that specific scenario. We usually process dentures with hot cure or injections etc.. and then repairs are done with cold if needed. Best of luck
Yes, all cold cure. Hydrocolloid and Lang aquapres. I used dental putty on front of the teeth so I wouldn't get stone in them. I thought there was enough contact on the back of the teeth.... but I guess not... 🤷 I'm going to put the teeth back in there place tomorrow.. thanks 😊

Nice work!2:24What material did you use? I used plaster to position it in this process.I think your material is more convenient than mine.
This is lab putty, I used to use plaster and still do sometimes, way cheaper
