I bought a 1970 911T and owned it for 14 years, sold it for 8700, to a freind, Mine was Irish green, black interior, 4 speed, ( i didn't like the 5 speed shift pattern) chrome wheels appearance group amfm sterio. I left it completly stock, but added Koni shocks and struts, and abarth muffler...My freind's thought I was nuts to pay 7k, but in the end, they were jealous!
In your video you mention the good handling of this lovely 1970 911T, but all we see is you driving it on a straight stretch of road, which is a bit of a shame because a 911 is made for turns and twisties. Any car has good handling on straight stretches of road. Where is the interest ?

If it has bubbling paint like this does, it isnt rust free. A misrepresentation that reduces the seller's credibility.
