also i was pretty close. said 433. add e85 and you should be around 445-450 to the wheels. Keep up the good videos! :D
430 isn't bad for a 5.0, I haven't Dyno'd my Shelby yet but in one of my upcoming videos I definitely will. Im hoping to be around 520-530whp.
Hey bro!
Twobarpsi you are subscribed to everyone im subscribed to, Wise 💯
You definitely have a factory freak bro. I got 410 to the wheel but no headers. Good but more is more. Congrats
lmao walked into the shop and SKIPPED over the cobras!
I saw that 500 and was like CAN’T BE! Lol
My Cobra was around 500whp with fbo, porter blower and other mods😅
Good numbers, bro. I’ve seen around 415whp for this setup. Your car might be a factory freak 😎
Daniel Hernandez is Gay or maybe every dyno is different...? Before and after numbers matter. Just after are irrelevant
DJI Spark Collections Correct. Dyno might be a bit happy. Didn’t wanna be rude and comment that though 😂
wow, this just pumps me up. just got a 2014 5.0 cs bone stock. going to install a pmas air intake, 85mm bbk throttle and get the lund race tune for 93 oct. crossing my fingers i will see 420-430 whp
400 max with that set up tbh
@You Mad Bro I was still learning yea it’s around 400 wheel, goin try and use e85 and get to that 425 number
@@coyoteaustin17 e85 410 at most
@@pvrrpghxst7867 lol yea, i got a gen 3 last year and these make 415 wheel stock so i felt a huge difference jumping from gen 1 to gen 3 so i was definitely around 400-410 for the gen 1, i’m running e85 on my gen3 now and my god the car flys
@@coyoteaustin17 I’m still on a gen1 currently have a boss manifold and a jlt cai not doing anything else till I finish my exterior mods (drop rims/tires cowl hood )
Most underrated channel for sure. Keep up the great work
Every time I like the video, I like it right when the bass drops on the intro
mine got bbk long tube headers and xpipe with base stock axel back resinator and mufflers and 2018 ported intake makes 440whp on 98 oct
JACOB R DOTY!?!? How big of a difference for daily driving does the Lund tune affect you? Like is just more responsive, more aggressive, smooth, or just each gear feels a little faster?
Im only asking because a tuner is next on my list(after i burn up my tires) and things keep getting in the way of my plan. Should I push to get one or keep on keeping on until I get one. Thanks for sharing all your shenanigans.
@Supreme Alpha Male thanks, Ive done too much research , just haven't committed,Clutters my thinking lol. Just curious about Dotys thoughts.
@Supreme Alpha Male Thats good to hear, my list is long and I want to keep mine subtle when it needs to be and open up the second I want lol
Definitely do a lund tune. It wakes up throttle response, gets the car optimally sorted for your mods and gets it a bit faster as you add more mods. This car stock would probably dyno around 370.
Lund FTW. They tune a large amount to coyotes throughout the country and abroad. I’ve been with them for about 2 years. I started off with a Roush CAI car and now I’m FBO/Paxton/E85. I daily my boosted coyote and have had 0 issues while being tuned by Lund. Their staff is super cool too. Lund Sr and Dakota have helped me a lot whenever I had questions.
@@negativesplits06 《lol your name. Good to hear you daily it , how many miles and what year if you dont mind me asking?
I need a lund tune for my gt asap. You car is looking great. I'll have to get mine on the dyno before and after a tune just to see what it gains.
Lund ftw!
I recently purchased a 2013 mustang v6.. howverr there is a whine on the 6th gear.. is that normal?
He puts the car on the dyno @ 8:00
It was spinning on the first two
How much spark you got with this setup?
Dyno happy asf
What wheels are on your car?
Hey doty what gears did you have back then when you were one of us N/A 5.0 guy's? 😂
Finally hit the Dyno on a video love it.
Hot damn shes purring nice N/A numbers
Sweet! Been waiting for this!
Where do you stay at? A run between us would be sick
Where did you get the Decklid Panel with the S550 GT badge?
It's the decklid panel from CJ Pony Parts with a GT badge
So basically it was the swapping of the intake to a boss 302
Getting close to 450whp on 5.0 is so costly, I got mine to 417whp like best run on dyno and just called it back in 2014 and didn't do anything afterwards
Boss 302 manifold with throttle body and intake, Kooks Longtube headers, Borla ATK exhaust, lightweight underpulleys, most my investment went to upgrade transmission stuff from flywheel and clutch to clutch spring so it doesn't get locked at higher RPM
And I have seen people with 450whp+ stangs without ethanol, it seems way too costly to reach that point.
We need a project car for the channel!🔥🔥
"Look its Doc! From cars!" Lol
I’m on the edge about going catless...you’re not worried about getting caught? That would suck to pay that fine. I really want to do it though.
I have a 2012 Mustang GT Pro charged. I have replaced my exhaust system. Ended up melting my CATS and they were making a rattling noise. My speed shop hallowed them out and put them back in. Good to go.
What mods are done to ur car?
He a made a video a while back and it has everything he has along with links and prices.
Colin Mullins O/R h pipe, Boss manifold, intake, and 93 Lund Tune.
91 but he nailed it
wat does something like this cost?
About $100 iirc
@@JacobRDoty thanks 🙏
That's a great price, I was thinking more like 1k
What song is that at the end of the video?
What exhaust do you have? Sounds wicked!
Hi how did you calculate that to be 500hp. Dont you multiple the hp by 1.15
I did an online calculator and it came to just over 500hp, but with 1.15 it’s within 15hp of 500. Was still really strong at this level
What is a dyno tune
Do they install the tune
Or is it just to see what numbers you make
Everyone in here talking like 400whp aint much trust me it aint no slouch 😂
Is it just me or was it ran in 4th gear?
Long tubes an e85 next ???
Good shit brother but that dyno is reading high. Your most likely low 400's at the wheel on a real dyno. Your near AED so might as well go up there and see what you get there.
skip to 7:22 for actual content
0:30 "a GlObAl pAnDeMiC", lol. All over a little flu. Nice damn car though bro. That's about the numbers I'm looking to push.
nobody knew what is was at the time bro😂
This guy, who owns a Ford, skipped over the cobra like it wasn't even there 😭. I'm appalled
It had an LS3... lol I saved you guys
@@JacobRDoty now I think we're related 😭😭😭
X pipe or H pipe
🔥🔥🔥🙌🏽🙌🏽
Just go straight to 8:50. A lot of bs at the beginning.
Spin city tires too hard
First!
I hoped in the shower😭
Lmao this didn't age well
please! we dont need another nate rider crank hp advertiser. not a single person cares about crank hp, its a useless number.
Dynos measure whee horsepower. It isn’t exact depending on the brand but it’s as close as possible. Crank is what’s advertised by dealers. Most coyotes make around 370 stock wheel he’s tuned intake and exhaust it’s a realistic number for the most part
