    I hate small home printers, and I actually hate HP printers these days. There is always something wrong with connectivity to the printer or something else like a paper jam. What a waste of time.

      ME TOO! AT LEAST 3X A WEEK OR MORE I HAVE TO UNPLUG CORD IN BACK AND REPLUG FOR IT TO RECONNECT ..I LOVE THE OLDER PRINTERS THAT JUST USED A WIRE TO PLUG INTO HARD DRIVE AND DID NOT USE WIFI , BUT I CANT FIND THOSE ANYMORE..EVERYONE I LOOKED AT WHEN I NEEDED TO BUY A NEW ONE 2 YRS USED WIFI

    Brilliant! THe HP chat bot could not find me this instruction for my HP ENVY 600 series and so I go to youtube! I just learned how to slide out the tray on the bottom to retreive the paper that has been stuck at the back. It prints again! Thank you|!

    Thanks very much, this was a lot more helpful than the Virtual Assistant. But I hope the problem doesn't come up again, this is my first HP WiFi Printer as previously had HP Envy 5534 AiO which lasted me 12 - 13 years.

    YOUR INFO WAS VERY HELPFUL IN UNJAMMING PAPER, BUT NOW AFTER I CLOSED THE TOP BACK DOWN IT HAS A TINY GAP WHICH MAKES THE INK REFILL LIGHT COME ON, SO I HAD TO LAY A HEAVY PAPERWEIGHT ON TOP TO LET IT THINK IT IS CLOSED TIGHTLY. AND IT WORKS NOW...I HAVE REPLACED INK IN PAST BEFORE WITHOUT THIS PROBLEM HAPPENING , IT HAS ALWAYS CLOSED BACK DOWN TIGHT .

    I have a 6022e that has been printing on 300gsm card for the past two years. 2 nights ago it stopped printing on this card stock. I can hear the rollers working to try and pick the paper up. It either doesn't print at all or it prints on half of the page. What can I do?

    I usually have no problems with personal printer (used Cannon), but this HP has numerous issues: 1)WIFI drops, 2)sees it offline, 3)JAMS, ETC.... BELIEVE i NEED TO RETUNR IT.

    I have the 6400e. I hate it. HP no longer has it listed on their website. I’m assuming they are so embarrassed about it. Good video though.

      @@HPSupport I was using my own shop bought inks and paper as not to waste the ink before inserting the newly subscription inks. I cancelled the subscription as I was charged for printing items using my own shop bought inks prior to stopping the subscription now my printer seems not work after subscription ended without using the subscription inks that were sent to me

    I have a problem with my laptop it can turn on and everthing but when i enter my password and get into the main screen the screen flashes black and everything is pretty much frozen and i cant click on my google or my games and it turns black then it goes back to the main screen i dont know what to do
