Thank you so much! This resolved my issue.
I have the 6400e series, it was connected to the internet. but now can't seem to get it to connect. The solid amber light keeps coming on. No matter if I unplug, it goes through the colours and then stays on amber. Any suggestions? Only bought it today. Thank you.
This printer sucks a bag of pen 15’s. I was only able to print from it once and afterwards it was either paper jammed or got E9 error.
Hello I am having an issue that will not go away ... The triangle is lite up and flashing. 13 times... Then it stops and then continues.
Does it give you an error number? You can try disconnecting the power cable during a few minutes and then reconnecting
