    Glad this video was available. Would never have been able to reach the paper jam with out it. BUT it sure seems like poor engineering to make the clean out door only 7 " wide when most paper in America is 8.5" wide. Totally ruined the document I was printing on when I had to pull out small pieces at a time to get it all out.🤨

      Step 2. Select the product type.
      Step 3. Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
      Step 4. Select the country from the drop-down.
      Step 5. You should see the HP phone support number.

      @@HPSupport thank you will do because after I took the pen out now it won't print anything 😔 I think it's because my laptop was updated and now I have to get the printer started over again it's showing a download of the printer in the settings but I use the wire instead of it being wifi and those settings for the printer is only showing scan/ copy so I'm trying to figure it out if you all can help that would be great 🙏🏾♥️ thank you again.

    Automated roller cleaner procedure does not seem to do anything. Nothing changes on the screen and no noises from the printer.

    My hp printer has 3 orange lights. Once I plugged in the Ink level icons, Ink Alert light, Information light, and the Resume light,it's just turned on and not blinking and the computer can't detect it and there is no display on the screen. My printer by the way is HP deskjet 2710

      I understand that you are experiencing an issue with your printer as it is not recognized by your computer.
      I will do my best to assist you.
      Please perform hard reset on your printer as mentioned here to fix the issue.
      1. Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
      2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
      3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
      4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
      5. Wait at least 60 seconds.
      6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
      NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
      7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
      8. Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
      The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
      9. Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed
