    1/4 tsp Asafoetida
    2 Chopped Onions
    7-8 Garlic Cloves
    2 Green Chillies
    1 inch Ginger
    2 Chopped Tomatoes
    Salt to taste
    1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
    1 tsp Coriander Powder
    1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
    For Tadka-
    1 Big Spoon Ghee
    1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
    5-6 Garlic Cloves
    2 Dry Red Chilli
    1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
