I just finished watching. Kylie is genuinely kind-hearted, I'm so glad to have had the opportunity to meet her. This project is going to turn out wonderfully, and I'm curious to see how it will look when it's finished. It would be amazing if you could capture all the stages and create a beautifully re-edited video, maybe even in the style of an HGTV episode. 😄

İngilizce içerik çekmenize çok sevindim. Küçük bir öneride bulunmak istiyorum; altyazıyı videonun içine gömülü şekilde eklemek yerine UA-cam'un ayarlarından eklemeniz daha iyi olur. Çünkü İngilizce içerik dünyanın her yerinden izleneceği için Türkçe bilmeyenlere alakasız kalacak o altyazı. UA-cam'da İngilizcesi zaten otomatik oluşacak, onu biraz düzenlersiniz, herkes kendi istediği dile İngilizcesinden otomatik çevirtebilir. Ekstra birde Türkçe eklersiniz oldu bitti. Merhaba. Anaheim`da mustakil evim var. 350 sqft detached garage var, bunu acil rental income / airbnb icin degerlendirmek istiyorum, Disneyland`a 5 dak uzaklikta. City of Anaheim websitesinden baktim, ev adresim, permitler vb icin ADU Express icin approved yani hizli permit veriyorlar. Ayrica Cal HFA up to $40K grant var onu degerlendirebilmek istiyorum, funding azalmis ama bittimi bitmedimi bilmiyorum. Problem is, since covid, I lost my income and have bad credit, can`t pay pre-construction / construction costs. My 8k total sqft home has a great potential due to close proximity to Disneyland, it is prime real estate, also have a pool in backyard, I want to eventually fill and put a 2 story in my backyard to generate rental income. Are there any options available for me as a low income? Thx
