Definitely gonna have to make this! But the bone scare me!! Lol I might have to work slightly cool down and go through it with a pair of rubber gloves on and get rid of the bones. I think I can get that sauce at the local Abarrotes mexicanos. I love anything from the disco Cooker!! Last thing I made was sloppy Joe’s in it and they turned out awesome!!! I made a big picture of sloppy Joe sauce and did 11 pounds of burger and add the sauce from the picture to get the right consistency. They were so good!! I can’t wait to try your recipe now with some real garlic. and no salt up front because there’s enough in the sauce for me. keep up the good recipes!!!
Thank you for the awesome video. I wonder if a person could try to replicate this with a wok-style pan in a home kitchen? Looks so delicious and at least worth trying. Your video might help me bug hubby into getting this style cooker!
Yes of course you can do this in a wok-style pan. The only difference with this is it's outside, and it's a much bigger surface. Try it out! But use a bit less ingredients depending on the size of the pan.
El Pato sauce rocks! Love that stuff! I'll hv to try out the Michelina beer, I usually use Corona, Modelo, or Bud Light. I gotta try this on my disco!! But it's so freaking hot out right now. Been about 105 today, a little cooler than 110 last week, but still! I don't like the heat and only put up with it when I'm fishing!!
Man if your other discadas are anywhere near as good looking as this it doesn't matter to me what you cook. Bring all of them on. Dang now I'm gonna have to pull out my Disco out and try this this weekend. Great video and great recipe. Thanks for sharing
It’s Easter Sunday 2021. Giving it a go. Thanks for sharing this.
Very good job. Love the banjo music. Great looking welds.
I learned about El Pato sauce from this chanel and I frigging love it
Hell yeah!
I like the way you commentary the video
Good job brother
I'll be all over this!
El Pato sauce is the best. I blended fresh garlic with the pato sauce instead of using garlic powder and it took it to another level.
This looks delicious! I’m sure my husband and I will love it! Thanks for sharing
I gave this a try today, Absolutely delicious!
Just got a Discada this week, this will most likely be the first cook lol good video and thanks for sharing

10/10!
If you are using fresh garlic add it towards the end of cooking, so it will not burn or get bitter.

Amen! The heat is insane. Was going to grill some burgers today, went outside, and walked back inside. Ordered a pizza instead. haha
What would you guys want me to do next for the disco? I have other discadas on the way, but will gladly take a request!
