For anyone stuck on "Exchanging Data" on the Registration window, the trick is you have to turn off your firewall then click "Register". I was stuck on this part for about an hour lol
Awesome video, you guys should make more videos. It seems like people are left to figure things out as they go with Ktuner products. Your online help guides are vague at best. As a ktuner user I'd appreciate more in depth online tutorials and help files. Take a look at how Hondata does theirs with kpro, everything is explained right there in the software.

I have the ktuner v2 . During the installation, when it got the part when it asks you to key off and then key on. So I turned it off wait about 5 seconds but then it wouldn't let me turn it back on to completely finish the installation. Please help!

How do I know whether the o2 sensor is ready? I flashed mine to stock and drove it 50 miles and when I plugged it back into the computer to check it says no codes have been thrown and it shows white under the o2 sensor? Does this mean it's not ready?

I tried to reflashed it back to factory to try different basemap but the thing is it didn’t allow me to changed some settings on the advanced features unlike the previous one that allows me to set up turbo boost, throttle, responsiveness etc. after choosing diff basemap because the page was blank I mean nothing in there even after clicking the + button beside the advanced features. What seems to be the problem bro? I ended up uploading the tune straight away even without changing anything

Jutro man I miss my fucking 15 Si! Dyno blue, tinted, Eibach Pro Springs. Best part was the Invidia N1 Catback. The last true Vtec Si...so far at least LOL. My 18 Si Sedan is much quicker than my 15 was and gets much better mpg. Had the adaptive suspension and my seats aren’t red with a blue car haha. But doesn’t matter what year Si these cars are terrific! They each have there own uniqueness. I will absolutely have another 9th Gen Si sedan Jutro! This 10th Gen is my first turbo car. When I got it I was getting walked on my 9th gens until I learned how to brake boost and grabbed ktuner, intake, piping and other stuff. Keep that 15 Si forever! Add a ebay turbo kit to it and you’ll be over 300hp easily and it will still be bullet proof. Best memory was I was at a Dunkin’ and it had an overhand over the drive through window and on the lads get side of the car a closed brick wall so. The kids behind me were yelling your car sounds like a lawn mower...so I pushed the button for the tune, rev limit was at 6500 and i revved it up and I just watched them in there Saab grab there chest as my car broke the sound barrier in there faces hahahahsh. Felt so good to do that. Something I don’t normally do

Does this void your warranty? I’ve been hearing mixed answers.. and can the dealer see you’ve flashed your ECU even after you went back to stock? I can’t get a straight answer from anyone.
If they can prove a mod has caused the warranty issue they can void your warranty. It's not an automatic voided warranty though. And yes, IF they look for it they can see if the ECU has been flashed.
It does fucking not LOL. Just don’t blow your engine up with it plugged in or they’ll see that your car was tuned lol. They have the ability to see back on previous driving I’m not sure how long or not. Just stick with maintenance, watch that KCount and do NOT self tune! Not with DI engines at least.
@@ericmoney9734 Your warranty can be voided for for a drop in filter if they wanted to. That's why they offer free maintenance under the warranty period.
PayItForward I haven’t flashed it yet. But it shows a Kcount and I asked Honda service they said it was normal and as long as it doesn’t light up the dash I’m fine. So now I’m hesitant to flash it.

@@Drotiz I’ve been tuning with it and the answer is kind of yes and no. You do need a PC or laptop initially yes. You have to plug the Flash V2 Touch to your laptop or desktop to register the device and create your account when you first purchase it. You also need to use the Ktuner computer software to do any tuning or change any parameters. However once you create your own tune, or select one of the premade Ktuner basemaps you can load the tune files onto the device, up to a total of 5 different tunes, and the device itself will store those 5 tunes and you can flash back and fourth between any of those tunes in the car with just the Ktuner device, no laptop needed. So I loaded my stock tune, the Ktuner 91 octane basemap for my car, and then two other tunes I created for myself onto the Ktuner, and now I just keep the Ktuner in my car and switch maps as I please without having to touch my laptop. You can also data log right on the Ktuner device, and it stores a lot of log data itself, but in order to view all the data you need to bring the laptop back out and hook the Ktuner up and run the Ktuner software on your laptop/PC. So it’s kind of an in between setup, you can’t do it totally without a computer, but once setup you really don’t need the computer anymore if you are properly dialed in.

Ktuner software is the worst. If anyone is looking at one of these; dont. Go with a hondata. So much better. You’re gonna get nothing but issues with their software, and they get all butthurt when anyone says how shitty it is.
Stickers. To be honest I’m not a huge fan of there logo design it still screams amazture. At least the K does. They need to redo it and make it more mature and eye catching. They have an amazing system in my eyes and customer service is bar none be Hondata but there are other companies coming up that are taking off fast because of there platform and ease of use. Ktuner had so much potential but they need to add different screen, update the V2 all together to a slim, lighter bigger screen and have color options.

if u swap your trans you will need a new wiring harness so it will work but after u also hve to put a whole new ecu in so make sure u unlock it before

You can only edit tunes that are unlocked. Might have to talk to your tuner to see if they'll do it. Highly unlikely they'll do it though.

the tunes that are made will be like "19/23" so 19 will be in economy mode and the 23 is when its in sport mode

Britton Brumitt the ktuner platform is built off the 05-06 ecu unlike kpro which is based off the 02-04. So it'll actually be plug and play for you.
