  • Installing an aftermarket fuel gauge and sending unit on my Belarus tractor. This gauge was purchased from Amazon but is a generic model that should be very similar to other aftermarket brands available on ebay or rock auto. Also because this part is not specific to tractor brand it should work on other brands such as John Deere, Ford, Massey, Kubota, New Holland, etc.

Thanks, this is so helpful. I need a gauge in my 1952 TEA Ferguson and your clear instructions have inspired me to give it a go myself.👍🏻🚜

Hey I like the video, if you had a telescoping magnet (a magnet rod) you coulda got that slug outta the tank probably

Damn that's a good idea. I just might do that some time. For now I don't expect it to rust sitting in diesel 😂

I thought the sender had to be compatible with the gauge? Something to do with ohms

They do have to have the same operating range. Many of the generic ones will list the sender or gauge model they work with. The one I used came as a package.

Great video.. I'm looking at purchasing this identical unit. Do you have any feedback on how well this lasted? Were you satisfied with the accuracy?

I only installed it 5 months ago but it is still working. It should be fairly accurate if you take the time to adjust the height and float arm to best suit your tank.
