Yeah, I also developed a CDR Fredrinn Build, but my build is even weirder. Half CDR and half HP.
Build: Cursed Helmet, Boots, Guardian Helmet, War Axe, Brute Force Breastplate and Twilight Armor.
Emblem: Support Emblem, Vitality, Seasoned Hunter & Concussive Blast.
Maybe I will optimize this build in the future and replace War Axe & Brute Force Breastplate with Oracle & Queen's Wings. But I have to wait for the Revamped Queen's Wings to arrive.
Sounds like it can work, but I love Thunderbelt on current Fred too much to not include it in the build 😄
war axe is actually p nice w fred cuz you can deal wayyy more dmg w his ult
my usual combo is skill2, knock up, skill1, taunt, repeat. you should not skip knock up cc because it's high level cc straight below franco and kaja supress and not affected by resilence or cc duration reduction. and after you press skill1, taunt them right away because your next enhanced basic attack animation is not canceled but you're doing both (enhanced basic atk + taunt) at the same time. also make sure your dash hit enemy heroes because you're missing a crystal if you don't.

For the first 50 matches with fredrin for me i played as a roam or exp because my friend are always the one jungling and i never looked again, fredrinn is surprisingly versitale(i got wr 73%)
I cry when I saw Ruby3 buy Radiant Armor😭(That item is pretty useless now)
With such a sustainable and tanky hero as Frederin, against Harith and floryn who can keep the stacks up, is not that bad
Got higher HP stats than athena too so fred does more dmg
If Harith build Divine Glaive, then Radiant Armor is wasted. If we need HP, we can just build Guardian Helmet.
I built Radiant since Harith is so underfarmed and will not have Glaive for a long time. Radiant is OP when the enemy doesn't have Glaive 😎

I am also an fred main so i wanted to ask u the reason for not buyig the curesed helmet? It goes well with his passive and its passive also helps to clear jg minion faster as well. I just wanna know ur thought process in this matter. and a tip before u use ur ult try to get close to them and taunt them with ur 3rd skill which will give u enough time to land ur ult sucessfully.
At max buy the tier two item of cursed helmet and don’t finish it until later. Personally, I sell it for an immortality when I have enough gold.
But Fred with CDR build doesn’t lack damage once he reaches lv4, so I find the cursed helmet passives kinda worthless
The main reason for not going Cursed this game is because I want to rush Thunderbelt and Oracle. I think Cursed Helm is a great item of course, but I still like this CDR build better since it feels more fluid. We can still got for it later in the game but I think I'll struggle to find a slot for it 🤣

that's because amateur only know you don't get crystal when casting skills on lane minion. but smart players solved this by harassing enemy heroes. basically your teammates don't know how to play fredrinn but pretending to know.

Tanky fredrin better. This builds too squishy and won’t work thát effectively in high ranks and tournaments.
Not sure how high ranked you're talking about, but this is in Glory so it does work pretty nice 😊

i don't like thunderbelt and domi on tank junglers, Blade Armor is okay. That said, i usually use Cursed Helmet + Guardian Helmet combo, 2 tanky items, and 1 either oracle or blood wings or war axe
for emblem i prefer concussive blast and bounty hunter. Bounty Hunter help me al lot when i'm losing gold or early
