Laminate bookshelf makeover

This bookshelf was a garage sale find. The only reason my husband picked it up was the midcentury legs it has. And the price was just $5.
I have already used the legs for a different project and the unit was supposed to be taken to the land field. I didn't think it was worth the effort.
Well, I guess it was! It was sold within 15 min
