@@oguztturkupersonally I’m not a fan of it, it should be able to override the automatic mode and keep mti on till 1800meters of altitude and they completely got rid of the look down shoot down mode which was the name sake of the plane irl
The radar was always comically bad, now it's even worse, but I still love this plane to death. By far the best Rank VII premium in my opinion, and my best ever purchase. 400something matches, 500+ kills and only about 300 deaths. This got me from Rank IV to Su-27 in about 2 months or even less
To those that are who are thinking about buying it i personally don't recommend it. The plane itself is pretty mid. Its good in down tiers and same tiers but it suffers massively in high tiers which it gets a lot currently because of the free iranian f14 event with its OP missiles which just snipe your from insane distances. Unless they nerf the iranian f14 its a hard pass currently. Unironically if you thinking about just grinding the soviet tree then i recommened buying the SU25K or the SU39 instead and just bombing bases in sim. However sim br brackets change every i believe 48 hours (there is a website) and some days become unplayable. Stuff like the SU39 is pretty good as long as you are below a 12.3 (f14 spam) bracket. You make about 80k RP in around 2 hours of farming with a premium plane and premium.
i was in sim when the radar change happened and i didnt know and i lost 30k trying to figure out why it wont switch on the ml and i just used the r24t's after that
I fking hate this plane now. It faces F-14s, the radar is completely unreliable and you can only get kills against enemies that failt to see you because everyone at this BG gets tons of flares and you are still using R-60m. Add to this sub par manouverability and low cannon ammo and it's just pain.

in my opinion, plane by it self isn't bad, but the radar is trash after nerf... hard to hit anything with radar rockets

I use the r24T imo its way better than the r, the 24t also ignores flares a lot of the time.

i don’t mind it, i thought it was junk when i first bought it but now that im grinding with it im getting much better at getting kills
