Hey Chloe, Yet again another lovely, relaxing, idyllic and peaceful vlog. You were both so lucky with the weather which made this vlog extra special. I truly love your narration over the vlogs, you make everything sound so magical and within reach of our dreams. Thank you for another lovely time out and about. Have a great week and i hope you have a very blessed Litha on Tuesday celebrating the summer solstice. x
Yes, I couldn't believe our luck with the weather! Weekend breaks in England can be very hit and miss... ! I am so glad you found it relaxing, that's always one of my main aims with the videos. Wishing you a lovely Litha also! I cannot believe we've reached the peak of our light evenings already, it feels like we only just gained the light. All the very best Joanne, thank you as always for taking the time to watch and comment 😊x
One of the few beautiful places to gain a glimpse of how life was for many hundreds of years, with the natural pattern of the seasons and the comings and goings of birds on migration. A charming film - thank you for sharing Chloe.
I agree completely, that is a really nice observation that I hadn't thought of until now. I don't think I've ever seen/heard as many of our summer migrants in one place as I did there, it's sad that my experience isn't more widespread. Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment Brian, I hope you have a lovely week :)
I love the little Cottage. Very cute place. So cozy! The bird does sound a lot like two stones being tapped. So cool. Glorious nature. Love it. I like your night fall search for those birds. So fun. All the sounds are mesmerizing.
Yes, it was such a nice place to stay! The nightjars sound so out of this world...hearing them in the dark of night only adds to this. I absolutely loved it!
Hi Chloe. I've commented before on the 'Winnie-the-Pooh' vibe in your videos & this proves it ! 😆. What a lovely place. There was great coverage of Nightjars last week on Springwatch. Fantastic habitat. I was lucky enough to see 2 cuckoos a couple of weeks ago after climbing Cold Fell in the Northern Pennines. You portray the idyllic English summer to perfection. Have a great week, the Lakes beckon for me 🙂xx
Yes Michael! 😂 I thought of you and that comment while I was there! Those nighjar chicks were wonderful, I was so excited to see them be featured. Ah how wonderful that you saw some cuckoos! I've heard quite a lot this summer but still yet to see one. Enjoy the Lakes - it's glorious weather at the moment!x
Ohhhh my goodness!!!! This is pure magic!! What a place!!! The cottage was like taken out of a movie and the woods, the weather, the birds chirping and your big smile made this such a heartwarming video. I adore foxgloves too! Thank you, dear, I'm sorry if my comment is a bit too excited with all the exclamation marks hahaha but how I loved spending time with you!!!
Honestly it is so so good to meet someone who likes to use exclamation marks as much as me! 😂 I always want to use them loads and have to restrain myself, especially when sending work emails! It felt so magical when I was there so I am so glad that came across a little. Your comments always make me smile so much Frederike, thank you so much for taking the time to watch and comment 😊
@@ChloeRoseHarrison Ohhh let the battle of the exclamation marks begin hahaha sorry, it just made me excited that you like using them too! Feel free to overdose your comments to me with them. People use them way too little haha the magic reached me through the screen and it's me who should thank you for bringing me along on such lovely adventures!!
@@ChloeRoseHarrison You are!!! I feel freed in some way, knowing there's someone else with such a passion for them as me!!!....!!!!!!!! hahaha oh I can be so childish sometimes
Yes, it was once an old farm barn (the beams were the original ones) but as you said, beautifully renovated and modernised. It was the perfect mix of old and new with so much charm, I loved staying there. Thank you for taking the time to watch 😊
It's a beautiful place isn't it! A sunny weekend also helps! Thank you so much for watching (and subscribing!), I look forward to taking you on many other trips and adventures :)

Very nice little stove by the fireplace, as well as the whole house, probably old, but beautifully renovated. ❤️
