Just saw this on TV. Totally weird. It’s a mix of Fitzcarraldo, Apocalypse Now, and weirdly - considering the film is set in the jungle - 2001 A Space Odyssey.
Just finished this. Still basically in shock from it, feel as I have had a panic attack from it. Earth shattering in its nature, just utterly phenomenal and almost beyond description.
