I live for that Protein Bread range, it’s helped me so much with getting extra fiber and protein in!! It also comes in toast and bun form with the same macros, you should check it out 💖
Needed to hear this although I know I have bad days when I slack on my morning routine I still end up doing it. It's winter here and so cold and dark and I just find it so hard to get motivated in the morning even though I know I'm much happier when I stick to the plan
I love seeing people makes protein pancakes but i never make them bcos im just too lazy 😂 I just make protein oats, boiled the eggs, & have the banana for dessert 😐

I’ve started going vegetarian for 6/7 days of the week with one ‘cheat’ day where I can eat meat to see if there’s any major health benefits or body changes to eating less meat. Only been going for 1 week 😂so I don’t know how long I’ll be able to keep it up. I hope I can 🤞

Omg I were looking up my ancestory and it says some people were born a different race overtime it also says that the homosapiens were real and that they covered up there ancestory over time , i were also told there were a ancestory called starseed among us . I wanted to tag everyone on seeing if we can find everyones ancestory and if we can identify them as who they are today I already saw a few people who looked as if they were homosapien in this life what are the other species of people who's who weres everyone now let's all go find out .
Please don't do that. You are worth so much more than starving yourself to be skinny. You have to take care of the only body you will ever have, and that means fueling it properly. If you want to lose weight, do it the healthy way. Exercise, eat healthy well balanced meals (emphasis on the s), and do drink a lot of water. A body needs a certain amount just to live without even moving, so with you moving you need even more. If you want to count calories, thats okay, but make sure you at least meet your daily calorie needs so that your body can move and get the nutrients it needs. Also, eating too little will make your body freak out and hold on to weight, because it cannot function properly without food. So please eat, and eat plenty. You should never feel hungry even when trying to lose weight.

breakfast: protein pancakes(480 cal) 1 egg white, 1 egg, (whisk) 1 mashed banana, 1/4 cup oats, cinnamon, 1/4 tsp baking powder, as a topping blueberries, peanut butter, pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds
lunch: 1 boiled beetroot, wrapped in a protein bread, with curry chicken breast cooked with onion & garlic
You can't know the calories without knowing the measurements/weights of the food..
