I keep track of my hours at work, and i have some cells with year to date. Is there a formula were i can add YTD from sheet 1 to new payweek on sheet 2 automatically, and dates aswell?

Here I have some questions regarding this 1 Does changes in original spreadsheet will change in another sheet in which we copied data and make dynamic ? 2 I have total 92 columns starting from A to CM so for this which range should I have to enter in formula to make changes respectively For example : I have changed the value in C column.
