I tell people all the time the best 3 freshwater fish to eat is Crappie Catfish & Trout both brown & rainbow Trout. But give me a thick slab of Crappie any day over any fish on the planet!!! Crappie in my opinion is the best fish God ever made and it prepared right don't have any fishy taste. Boy ole boy I know you was in heaven eating those sandwiches 🥪

Hey CNB I just ran across your video since I’m definitely into trying to get myself some crappies to fix up and eat myself!!!! It would definitely be awesome to see a catch,clean, cook video right after catching some fish and cook them while you are out on the water or even the shore since it would definitely be hard to cook some fish up in a kayak for sure!!!! Only question I have for you is have you ever tried cooking fish on a paper bag on the grill before??? Every time I ask something if they have before they say no and wouldn’t the paper bag burn on the grill!!! Well no it won’t if you put a filet on a brown paper bag and cut out around the filet no more than a 1/4”!!! I usually will just go as close as I can and then just wipe down both sides with a little veggie oil or even some butter and put your filet back on the brown paper bag and throw on the grill!!! I was actually trying to replicate some BBQ salmon that me and the better half had while we was out in New York for the men’s college big 10 basketball tournament that my better half’s brother was playing in for Iowa!!! I absolutely love eating fish and when I had seen they had a BBQ salmon on the menu I had to give it a try even though honestly didn’t sound that great at the time but after biting into it oh my it definitely changed my mind about BBQ fish on the grill!!! When I ordered it I had asked them how it was cooked and they said it was put on a grill on a brown paper bag and I was like no way!!!! The waitress even let me go back to the kitchen to watch them how it was prepared!!! After seeing how they did it and with New York being so far away from home in Iowa I definitely new I wasted going to be back any time soon so I definitely thought I could replicate it at home and I absolutely did!!! You should also try doing it on your channel too show everyone how fish can be cooked on the grill on a paper bag!!!!
