    I always eat a savory cooked breakfast. Bacon, Eggs, Tomato, Fresh herbs, Mushrooms, Sausages, Haloumi, Steak. I don't like sweets very often.

    I have Epstein-Barr, so I’m not able to consume eggs or vinegar, which is very discouraging.

      I also have EBV, 70% of the population have it and I have never had a problem with eggs or vinegar.

      I had Epstein -Bar virus for about 6 months. I ate eggs and overcame it. I'm just wondering who told you not to eat eggs. I haven't had a problem for the last 4 years.
