Luggage update while here in Japan: Going strong but only downside is some of the personal customisation has scraped off at only a few hours of use from handling 😅

Looks great but for a carry on, I don’t trust others will be careful when they’re putting their carryons in the top compartment. I’ll just keep the laptop in my backpack lol

Have you removed the SnapSleeve on flights? Is there a handle to hold the sleeve when it’s detached?
Yes i did it numerous times because sometimes i didnt fully lock it and had it fall off randomly on like the stairs 🤣 inside the actual sleeve there is long straps you can pull and it takes off the sleeve entirely and sometimes i just put it in my other bags or luggages.
They called the company July because it’s the month in which there is the most travel - Northern Hemisphere summer and many Southern Hemisphere countries have School Holidays

It may JUST manage to fit but it might be a very TIGHT fit. When i put my 16inch laptop it probably had a 1-2cm gap leftover. So up to you lol 😁 hope that kinda helped.

Why would anyone check luggage with their electronics (TSA lock should they need to open your luggage) just wondering. I prefer to have a separate bag/ backpack for all valuables, should I need to leave my luggage, carryon or other with hotel or other and this one has your valuable item on the outside.

I purchased both the July Carry on and the carry on Trunk. They are both too heavy especially the trunk is HEAVY. The compression strap is not great, adds weight and YOU CAN'T REMOVE IT! Which is extremely annoying. Lining only comes in black which sucks for visibility of your items. The character is SLOW CHARGING therefore a paperweight
Yeah the carry on trunk does look heavy. I dont mind the compression strap tbh 🤷🏽♂️ yeah true the charger isnt WOW but i think its intended for just like those low battery situations just to get going maybe 🤷🏽♂️ 🪫
@@omar_hamwi_ the Trunk Carry on is 4kg! Which leaves you only 3kgs to pack! Haha. The fact that you CANNOT take out the strap if you want to is Crazy. WTF July? 🤷♂️
Having a slow charge battery which takes up both precious weight and packing space in the bag itself, makes it more if a gimmick rather than being useful.
