I can’t wait to start October 2nd. I’ve done the DadBod program, Swole program, and I’m 6 weeks in the functional athlete program right now. I’ve dropped 63lbs over that time and gained a ton of strength & mobility back that I’ve lost over the years. I love the programming!! FC has turned my life around over the past 6/7months. I feel like a completely different person. I have so much more energy for my family and to do the things I love, especially golfing with my teenage boys. I can’t say enough good things. I’m looking forward to the program and being part of FC.😁💪🏼
It’s awesome to see your body progress throughout your life and how your training has changed aswell. Always working hard and staying true to yourself.
Let’s go Steve! As I’m about to hit my mid 30s, I’m developing more interest and passion in functional strength and athleticism over just looking big. Call it hybrid athleticism or whatever you want, I just think maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system and being able to use your muscles and strength in a functional way trumps looking good but feeling like crap. 😂 I’m eager to try some of these exercises!
I'm so damn hyped about this series, Steve!! I know that you had variations of training but i feel like you're truly built like an "always prepared athlete." I've always loved that mindset and i used to always train that way. It made it much more fun. I've gotten away from that over the years but this is huge motivation to get back into this type of conditioning. Thank you, Steve! I'm buying this program. Can't wait for the next vlog.
Yes love this in my 30s and ive learned its all good looking great and posing in the gym thats cool for the teens and 20s but as u get older its about being fit and strong and feeling better and recovering quicker not all about the look more about fittness and function love your videos steve my guy!
Good stuff man, love seeing the transition to versatile training like this that checks off all the boxes to keep people as well rounded athletes. Have you considered incorporating resistance band training into the program? I have used the rubber band style ones for things like push ups and sit ups to make the workouts more difficult without adding weight to support fast twitch muscles and keep the muscle fully engaged to avoid rest positions. Keep it up! Looking forward to checking this program out
Let's go Steve! Looking to keep a sharp eye on this program - Hope to see a LOT of videos of this from you - Always quality stuff. Don't listen to all the negativity I can see in some comment sections - Probably some dudes being jealous of your succes and crazy good looking shape!
Been following you for a decade now (I almost can’t believe this myself as I’m writing this) and this is my first comment under one of your vids. Big supporter here, keep on doing what you’re doing, your journey has been so inspiring 🙏🏼 One last thing through: you’ve always had an impressive hair game going on - wtf has happened?!😜 Much love from Germany!
Can you please upload your workout of heat program day by day just like swore program so I can understand which exercises I do on Monday for upper body strength and Tuesday for lower body strength 💪 according to your split.....❤❤❤❤❤you are my favorite steve ❤
Looks awesome Steve! Glad to see you back at it! This workout plan looks great! You should invite Brandon & Hudson from Buff Dudes channel over to hit this workout with you! That would be a cool collab!
Hey very happy to see that you mix every kind of exercise is included but just One question that should you prefer Calorie calculate first then Macros or Macros the Calories?Because Bmr based on Full energy needed and macros Individually😅hope we meet someday😎👍🏽
What type of equipment is required? I only have a home gym with rack, weights, dumbbells, Alt pull down. I don’t have all the normal gym machines. Can I still do this?
Hey Steve, or anyone who might be seeing this, I am a college golfer and I was wondering which one of Steve’s fitness culture programs would be best for me as a golfer maybe Athlete? Or would it be this one? Thank you! -Tanner
i wonder what a man who is in his 50's would do with this HEAT training?? Just wondering if one of the earlier programs might be good to prepare for HEAT?
Hybrid or HEAT i dont care what the name is, im always looking to challenge myself or making myself better, everyone in this comment section should strive for 🐐 level...#fitnessforthought
Such an interesting comment, even when I was competing, I trained like an athlete- with one day a week of swimming or track work, one day a week of hot yoga. Rarely just walked on the treadmill. Clearly haven’t tried any of our programs.

I felt the same way. Steve is one of my big three that got me motivated to train hard and make my training purpose built.
Steve, a great example of an all-around athlete. Amazing exercises.

Ya been watching Steve for years as well. This video is actually super relevant to how I want to start gearing my training going into my 30s soon
Been following you for years and just wanted to say hi to the OG!
The OG hybrid/utility athlete. Been a fan for a long time. Keep going!
35 years old next month, been lifting weights for a decade, this is EXACTLY the kind of training I want to transition into. Perfect timing!
I've been thinking the same thing. Especially playing lots of sports
Get after it dude! ready for that HEAT.

Steve's been a beauty since day 1
Training like an athlete is the best
So what are the main differences between the "Functional" program and HEAT?
Nothing. Just marketing to make some money again.

Can you please upload your workout of heat program day by day just like swore program so I can understand which exercises I do on Monday for upper body strength and Tuesday for lower body strength 💪 according to your split.....❤❤❤❤❤you are my favorite steve ❤

Excelente, mantener el balance, saludos y muchos exitos
Out of all the fresh kicks you had on the video which ones were the best for running/sprinting?
Great vid Steve 🤙🏼
Seeing 225 as Steves working set. Makes me feel a lil better hanging out with the one plate club 😂
i m always waiting for your new series❤❤❤
Love the white kicks! What brand?
What type of equipment is required? I only have a home gym with rack, weights, dumbbells, Alt pull down. I don’t have all the normal gym machines. Can I still do this?

Can we see some clips of you on the Pickleball court?
"facts dont care about your feelings" i know a little someone else who says that, love both of you.
Steve, you mentioned once in an old video you had hernia surgery, do you feel like you fully recovered?
Love this
Really good video my friend.
What shoes are those
Nick Bare hybrid stuff. Shots fired lol. At least Steve is honest 💯.
Did anyone got the program? is it good?
i wonder what a man who is in his 50's would do with this HEAT training?? Just wondering if one of the earlier programs might be good to prepare for HEAT?
Hybrid or HEAT i dont care what the name is, im always looking to challenge myself or making myself better, everyone in this comment section should strive for 🐐 level...#fitnessforthought
Please just upload videos consistently
Steve looks alot more healthier! You can tell leg day is his favorite!
80 bucks a month is steep. 20 or less is the norm now when you see other athletes apps. But nonetheless this is the content we are after.
I guess you and Nick will never do a vid/pod together 😢
Would love to see it too!
Big man on campus
💪🔥
@6:45 is that some shade there 🤔 😂. I will say at least Steve has admitted to not being natty.
Time to get Cooking 🍳
Jacob hutton left fitness culture??
❤for🇮🇳😊
i don’t consider him e er being on gear lmao wasn’t it basically a test booster he took
How you liking pickleball Steve?
Love when dudes get off gear and rebrand as hybrid athletes to justify the downsize. Hell yeah stevo
Such an interesting comment, even when I was competing, I trained like an athlete- with one day a week of swimming or track work, one day a week of hot yoga. Rarely just walked on the treadmill. Clearly haven’t tried any of our programs.
This new training is very close to what Steve has done for many years. It’s comments like this that are just for attention and in poor taste.
He’s been doing programs like this for years…
@@swoldiernation hell yeah beast
I don’t care what he is lol he’s looking FINE and doing it right
Another “hybrid” athlete 🙄
Steve you the reason why i started my weightloss journey

Steroids on again. Add to that TRT. Ifeelsorry for this guy
🔥👌
