    I am finally looking more muscular than ever, and your videos helped a lot. I started to exercise 4x per week in the gym, 75 mins approx. I increased daily caloric intake, and I am in the 8th week of following meal plan from OnlyMeal. In that period I gained 19lbs of pure muscle, no added fat.

      I know how much is that hard, I did everything but I never gain over 5lbs... I will try meal plan from that website. thank you bro
