DUUUDE, I come from installing the upgrade kit last week. It's been awful. Brutal. I swear. Thanks for showing those "antivibration" feet by Bambu themselves. You saved a lot of people 12€. ...In regard to the vibrations I would suggest the hardcore method which Stefan CNC Kitchen tested like scientifically, like, I mean, always: Have a concrete slab at least the mass of the printer over 4 small chair cushions, set the printer over it. The printer and the slab will become an autonomous system for what concerns noises and vibrations, so avoiding using your bench home walls as a resonance chamber. Plus, the vibration compensation works I'd say better but, actually, it just have to work less! I have set up like that and, if Stefan's tests were not enough, I can confirm now my microwave is more noisy. ;)
Thanks for the videos. I came across them while looking into the PS1. I am planning on picking one up this week. Had a good laugh at your reaction to pulling the print apart 😂. I am a mechanical designer who enjoys learning new stuff as well. I am going to subscribe and look forward to checking out how it’s coming along for you.
Well well well, I will have to buy a part for the project I'm delivering this evening, instead of printing it BC I realize I dunno a sh!t bout TPU and neither know if the standard rugged PEI plate fits. Mr. Ras, gimme all the knowledge you have! :) I got a roll of High Speed White 95A from Ouverture and need to know even how to open the box!
Would you do a video on navigating around the display if possible I am sure others will find it interesting it's the only thing putting me off getting it love your channel
I'm printing a mini Yeezy slide in TPU right now. Sitting in front of the printer with my nose about 6" from the print, I can't really smell anything outside of what a glue gun would smell like maybe even less. I would still do some research to come to a better conclusion, but I print in an office that's about 12'x8' and it never really smells of plastic...Hopefully I'll be ok. Lol
@ras0ne awesome, I keep my in my airbrush room with an exhaust fan but certain filaments can be deadly to large parrots! I do appreciate you being my ginneu pig, lol

Do you mean p1s?
Yes the P1S. I ended up picking it up with an AMS and they have been amazing so far. @@boeing777-2

Like clicking around the display on the printer and showing the settings?
I installed antivibration stand's, shaked printer with my hand, and took them off back to box... Didn't even want to try.
How was the odor printing without an enclosure?
I can't really say I noticed a odor printing, but I've never had an enclosed printer. I'll try to pay more attention next time.
@ras0ne I asked because I've only printed with pla, I have parrots and was curious on using other materials
@@tomdelaney19464 Got it. I'll try to find a big print to do in TPU to see if I notice anything smell wise.
