Amazing work! I love the front brush guard, the look fits the argo perfectly. I also like your idea for the removable winche system and the flip up seat. Defintely going to borrow those. 😉
Those kohler fuel pumps can be troublesom, you might consider using a vacuum pulse pump by drilling a small hole into your intake manifold of the electric option doesnt work out.
Ive watched most of your argo videos and i have to say you are awesome. Ive loved watching the project as its evolved, and its helped me a lot in working on some of my own 6x6 and 8x8 projects. You are an invaluble source of information and guidence. There are very few argo videos on youtube, and even fewer good ones. I would love to see more indepth videos and comments regarding the results of your efforts.
Awesome job mate! Keep it up!

Thanks me buddy, I am happy with how the bumper turned out, father gave me some galvanized pipe from a old fence or something that i repurposed. the flip seat I really wanted to add, and the anti flex / anti sag system. My argo used to flex weirdly around yourself when going through uneven terrain. Drilling into the intake manifold sounds like a good idea never thought about that, on snowmobiles they use a crankcase vent to pull vacuum; intake manifold would pull vacuum too, good idea. And many thanks, for the comment. I don't have a whole lot of views on here but glad to see some people enjoy the content! I keep working on projects cause I find it fun. think I like working on things more then I like driving sometimes lol!

Nice videos. Just finished watching part two.
Re. canopy. The aluminum supports need to be angled forward’s not vertical and the whole frame tilted ahead. That should take up the slack in the canopy and may prevent you having to add the extra piece.
    Keep them coming.

Wonder if the problem with your mechanical fuel pump is due to the age, if its been on the shelf for 50 years, the diaphragm might be dried out.

I replaced it with a Kohler one and a knock off one , didn’t have much luck , I’m thinking the cam lobe might be a bit wore down. The Amazon one didn’t work very long

@@muddythumper8152 the Chnesium one is what is it but the explanation for the genuine Kohler failing so soon may be age. Did you try opening up the pumps to see if the diaphragm was torn?

@@DougsMessyGarage yea the pump looks good on the inside , didn’t produce much vacuum though. The electric pump works good on it. I picked up a new scout 6x6 too , haven’t got around to making any videos this year so far. Time goes by too quick
